I strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering from this company. I placed my order, paid in full, and since then I have received no customer support whatsoever.
I have sent multiple emails and direct messages asking for an update on my order, but they have completely ignored every attempt to contact them. To make matters worse, whenever I comment on their Instagram posts asking for assistance, my comments are deleted instead of being answered.
A legitimate business should communicate with its customers and provide support after receiving payment. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend buying from this company based on the way I have been treated.
I hope they resolve this issue, but until then I believe other customers should be aware of my experience before placing an order.
