Amazing service all around very helpful and full of knowledge to help you make the right decision and have a good laugh with.

Needed an urgent fix doing and they rushed me in and worked hard to try and fix the problem and wouldn't take anything for it. Great local guys with some excellent bikes for sale. Fully recommend.

Excellent service, down to earth no nonsense service.
I bought a Triumph GT Explorer, got there at 09:30 and I was out riding in 15 mins. Did 260 miles and it was flawless.
This was due to the preparation of the dealership, very, very, chuffed!

Just bought a Ducati Multistrada off them in lovely low mileage condition. They gave me a fair price for my part exchange and the whole process was very smooth.

Contacted Andy @ Sheldon Motorcycles regarding purchasing Honda Cb1100. Andy was very helpful over the phone, as I live over 200 miles away from them. Bought the bike, he came back to me on the same day with a delivery date for the bike. the bike was described as " Amazing " but even saying that, describing the bike did not do justice, as when the bike was delivered it looked like brand new, not 7 years old. I would not hesitate in recommending purchasing from Sheldon Motorcycles.

Part-ex easy as pie, and fair price!

Found a factory Z900 2021 at a nice reduced price, end of season. Messaged for a part ex quote, was very satisfied with the offer response. Rang up straight away.
Andy at Sheldon even accepted my extra £100 haggle over the phone.
Paid £200 deposit, collected next day.
Part ex went smooth as butter.
Bike had been serviced that morning.
Z900 is tough to sit on without smiling ear to ear! Primo condition just as advertised.

I was looking for a BMW R1200GS and came across one on their website, so I decided I would have a run out on my own Sprint and take a look. The bike was every bit as good as it looked on the pictures when I got to take a look at it. It was buried deep in their detached showroom and I truly felt guilty asking for a test ride. The bike was exactly what I wanted and we made a deal there and then.

I collected the bike earlier today, they had put it through the workshop and done a few bits that I was not expecting. Really pleased with the service. I n these days there are too many big players in the market, its nice to deal with people who care about the products they sell and their customer relationships. I will see you again guys.

The guys were really helpful. I pushed my luck and asked for a few extras and they didn’t hesitate to help with that. Delivery was first class.

Just done a exchange of bikes that i wanted for the wife. No haggling straight forward swap. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially when it came to loading the new bike in a small van.Would 100% recommend sheldon motorcycles to deal with and wouldn't hesitate on the 2hour 45min journey to deal with them again

I recently bought my Honda Varadero XL1000 from Sheldon Motorcycles and was dealt with by Andy, who extended a warm friendly welcome to the dealership. It was nice to receive some good old fashioned customer service leaving me to have a good look around my new bike at my pace. Once I had made up my mind that this was the bike I wanted, Andy completed all the necessary paperwork, gave me a walk around the machine explaining the controls etc and reassured me that if there were any problems, these would be dealt with quickly. I left the garage a happy man. A few days later I noticed a couple of minor issues. I contacted Andy who very kindly resolved these immediately. I can't thank Andy enough for the excellent customer service extended to me. I will certainly recommend Sheldon Motorcycles to everyone.

Great motorcycle sales team I seen the bike i wanted online so i messaged and they got straight back to me with a px deal which was a very fair price and a few days later the bike was in my garage serviced and new mot and it looks mint and rides awsome so 10 out of 10 from me cheers guys
