I wanted to take my horses to France for a holiday, it seemed like a task so I contacted an agent called shellyashmanshipping to help, thinking it would make it easier. They sent a long list of questions, I tried my best to answer ,but some questions I didnt understend like do I have a GBEORI? so I asked, but they refused to tell me, they asked some more questions I didnt know the answer to, at this point I was wondering what the point of an agent was because they were not helping, in fact they were being dismissive and condescending. In the end I gave up in dispair. As an agent they are completely pointless. I told the driver I wont be taking my horses any more and hes lost a job, he spoke to the agent and they just completely lied to him saying I had changed my mind, I havent I will just use someone else. If you asked me are Shelley Ashman shipping incompetent, yes, completely yes, I could never recommend them in a million years. You cant trust them they are liars.
