We have been using John for about 12 months. He was instrumental in getting us ISO27001 & ISO9001 compliant, quite frankly we really could not have done it without him.
He now carries out quarterly audits to ensure we are maintaining our compliance and moving in the right direction to satisfy the annual audit.

SIMS always provide an excellent service they have managed our ISO9001 and 14001 for many years now and I would not change to another provider. They are detailed in there approach and understand and learn your business to make sure your accreditation are always up to date.
