Thought we were missing an order. They were quick to fix the problem, and offered to reship.
I realize that I had made the mistake, and we had gotten our order- they were still so nice and reshipped the order anyways. Very happy.

I had to make a change to my order right after it was placed. The customer service team got my message and immediately made changes before my order shipped.

We love the smile this gives us every month when our delivery arrives!

I have used Shinesty before and will continue to do so. I had an emergency that prevented me from being able to return an item; but I reach out them, explained the issue, and they were so cooperative. Says a lot about them as a company and I will continue to be a customer.

Terrible Customer Service!
My boyfriend and I were going to a fancy polo match and wanted to get the matching suit and dress. After trying for two days to place the $230 order, we contacted Shinesty via email. We asked if they had a support number or if they could help us place the order via email since the discount codes that are ON THE WEBSITE for 20% off weren't working, nor the 25% code we received in our email wasn't either. We sent multiple screenshots to them and their response was, "sorry to hear that, here's another code to try" & "we don't have a support number". After their codes didn't work either and another two days went by, we gave up. If you are going to make your products crazy expensive, the least you could do is have great customer service. Will not be ordering EVER.

I would give more stars if I could!! I ordered a matching set with no intention of continuing the subscription for me (but continue for my husband). They are so Comfy!! On top of that, customer service helped me with another order and they were awesome!!

I have had had an excellent expirence for almost a year with my subscription and love the product . I got my order today and there was a mixup with the wrong pair . No biggie. I contacted customer support and got Tin . It could not have been easier or better ! Tin is the man ! He even got the ones I ordered on the way. Thank you Tin and Shinesty !

I bought a few underwear for my husband for Valentine's Day, and I ended up ordering L instead of M. I reach out to customer service and Ichi was great guiding me and giving support to do the exchange of the good.

This is in response to an order I needed cancelled because my partner's undie drawer doth overfloweth. Ichi caught it before it shipped so everything was easy peasy. I appreciate the assist! I have other subscription services that send me an alert 3 days before an order is placed, so I can handle any adjustments in the system without having to bug a rep. Would be great is Shinesty adopted that approach too. But overall, I'm happy. Thanks!

Customer service is amazing, too. They are beyond helpful and accommodating. They have to come to my rescue a couple of times and surprised me with their generosity and willingness to make my order right.

If you're on the fence about buying them, just do it! I have been ordering these for my hubby for years and they are the only brand he will wear now. Anytime I've needed to chat with customer support they've been absolutely fantastic and prompt to help. 10/10 recommend!

My husband now has more underwear than I do. The prints are so fun and the quality is very well put together.

The shinesty team are without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced! I forgot to change my address and didn't receive last months shipment. They were so kind to reship last months pair and route this months pair to my new address free of charge with no questions asked! That's customer service!

I am obsessed with this brand. Listen, not to be TMI, but I've got a larger than average set of balls and was experiencing some pain with normal underwear. My doctor, (actual medical doctor!!), recommended this brand to me as their underwear with the pouch might help reduce that pain by holding my jewels nice and snug. I signed up for their Underwear of the Month subscription and I have yet to be disappointed. I now have a bunch of perfect underwear that finally lets me move around comfortably. 10/10 brand, 10/10 product, and two very comfortable balls approve!

This is the second time I've gotten a subscription for my husband... he doesn't want to wear any other underwear!
