It's a scam never got delivered and when I contacted the company i was ignored

I was blown away with the level of service provided by Holly and the team at Shining Diamonds Brighton. I enquired with a vision I had for a bespoke engagement ring. I visited in person and Holly took the time to understand the sentiment behind my idea, what I wanted to do and source the right stones. I am incredibly happy with the result. Buying a diamond ring with my partner has been a truly special experience, one that I will cherish forever. The journey began earlier this year during a long weekend getaway to Brighton, where we discovered Shining Diamonds tucked away in the Lanes. From the moment we stepped inside, the experience felt right.

We were warmly welcomed and Esther kindly guided us through the process of cut, clarity, colour and shapes. I tried on several styles and felt completely at ease as everything was explained so clearly and patiently. Esther also mentioned that they had a London store, and from that point on, due to the exceptional service, I knew this was the only place I wanted to buy my ring from.

Six months later, my sister and I made an appointment at the Hatton Garden store in London, and the experience was just as wonderful. The service at both stores was immediate and attentive. In London, I had an appointment and Julianne was ready and waiting. From quotes through to the final piece, everything was seamless and effortless.

The kindness, guidance, expertise and shared excitement from the team added an extra layer of joy to the entire experience. I could not have chosen what I did without my partner, who encouraged me to select a style that truly felt like me, supported by my sister, my best friend in life. The fun, laughter and genuine happiness throughout the process made it unforgettable. At times it felt as though my sister, Julianne and the whole team became part of the journey, and that is something I will always remember fondly.

It took one step into the right store in Brighton, followed by a second visit in London, where I was guided through selecting the perfect ring for me. My hands and fingers are small, so what we chose reflected both me and my partner, a decision he felt was perfectly fitting. We selected the ring style and the diamonds, and within an hour we had created my forever ring.

The third visit came sooner than expected. I was anticipating collecting the ring in the new year, but instead I was able to collect it before Christmas, and beautifully, on my birthday. In just three visits, I was inspired, involved in the creation, and able to collect a ring that I will love for many years to come.

Thank you to both the Brighton and London teams for your kindness throughout. Thank you Esther for your patience and for creating such a lasting first impression that encouraged me to continue this special journey, and thank you Julianne for your thoughtful, careful and kind approach. Moments like creating a lifetime ring should never be rushed, and you truly understood that.

I do not know how many people truly remember the experience of making a ring, but for me it was joyful from start to finish. I loved every moment. Knowing there is a lifetime warranty also means I have reasons to return and perhaps add to the collection in the future.

Amazing staff! Kushi was really helpful in helping me select the perfect ring.

I was standing outside of ‘Shining Diamonds’ and one of the Sales Advisors, Khushi, came out and introduced herself and invited me in if I needed any help. I went inside to find a nice, bright, cosy and tidy store. Khushi gave me a refreshing education on stones, naturally sourced and lab-grown. She also
Went through the various scales and charts which helped us to narrow down a particular stone, setting and metal. I didn’t buy that particular day and Khushi promised she would keep in touch with similar stones on the market. The right diamond did come in and the sales process was simple and confirmation sent through expeditiously. It took approximately 4-5 weeks and the piece is beautiful!! Khushi was amazing!! I would highly recommend Shining Diamonds! Just ask for Khushi!!

Shining Diamonds is a fantastic place to purchase engagement and wedding rings. Extremely high quality products as well as first class service. Eleanor was excellent at talking me through all options and working with me to tailor to my needs to find the perfect ring.

They have a good range of high quality products to choose from. Khushi had been very helpful to help me sort through all the alternatives and to make the final choice.

Initially on purchasing my fiancés ring everything was fine but then a diamond fell out on the band, we sent it back and the they agreed to fix the repair for free as a gesture of goodwill and then a few months later the band snapped in the centre of the ring. They have offered to repair but we have lost trust in their workshop now. We have looked at an independent jewellers getting the repairs done as they offered to pay for the repairs but now they won't honour their commitment to pay for the repair of the ring.

Unsure if this is just coincidence but the responses from their customer service have made it seem as though the reason for the breakages were our fault.

Clarice made my dream custom ring come true. I had an idea of what I wanted and Clarice made it even more perfect to what I imagined it on the CAD designs. Clarice communicated clearly and was full of fun energy. She was so happy to work on my ring and was so sad to see the ring go - in a good way. It's like she had bonded with the ring. It was beautiful, such a lovely warm experience.
She told me this is the best ring shes ever made for a client. It is a very unique ring, very, me.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to help make my ring. This was the 2nd ring shop we went into and all our needs were 100% satisfied. I will never forget Clarice and her amazing bubbly personality, the woman who created my dream ring in such a short time.

Beautiful ring great service very helpful

I went into shining diamonds in Brighton looking for a platinum diamond engagement ring and wedding band… the service and experience was excellent. Esther was so helpful and knowledgeable she guided me and made my time choosing my rings really enjoyable. I placed my order and am now wearing my rings that I am over the moon with. Thank you Esther and Charlie (he helped with some questions I had when Esther was at another store) fantastic service. 😊

Myself and my partner were stood outside the shop in Brighton looking at engagement rings. We had just arrived and this was our first stop. We were joined by Joby from the shop who politely and gently introduced himself and asked if he could help in any way. His soft and polite approach encouraged us to ask questions and enter the shop. We spent a long time looking at diamond engagement rings with Joby who was patient and professional using his laptop to source fantastic diamonds as well as her trying rings on for style and size. It was clear Joby wanted to find us the very best diamond to suit the type of ring we wanted that also matched our budget. In the end we did the deal that same day and we collected the ring a couple of weeks later as promised. His customer service has been outstanding from the beginning to end. The diamond ring is just beautiful and we have no hesitation in recommending shining diamond's for jewellery and particularly the diamonds. Ask for Joby, he really did go above and beyond. We will be returning for our wedding rings

I had an appointment with Tara to select a diamond engagement ring for my upcoming proposal.

Coming into the appointment I was completely clueless about diamonds but Tara immediately made me feel at ease with the whole process, explaining everything in great detail without pushing for a sale and showed great patience, going the extra mile to have more options available for me to look at to help get an idea of what design I wanted.

Once I had settled on a design, Tara was instrumental in helping me adjust the particulars to get it just right, and was so knowledgeable and helpful in sourcing the perfect diamond to go with the design, going above and beyond in giving me options at the best price and quality combinations based on my feedback on the 4 C’s!

The ring was completed on time and I was blown away by how beautiful it was, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Shining Diamonds enough. From start to finish Tara and team were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and professional throughout. Another huge bonus are their payment plans which are extremely reasonable with interest free financing options as well as free ring cleaning/health checks in perpetuity.

Despite having only a few weeks to get everything ready, Eleanor worked incredibly hard to ensure the ring was completed on time, and it turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined. We were assisted by Clarice when enquiring about purchasing diamonds earrings. Clarice was extremely helpful, we had a lesson in diamonds and what to look out for, she wasn't pushy to get a sale, and asked us what to look out for if we looked elsewhere.
After visiting a few other sellers, it was Clarice we wanted to give our business to. She was excellent start to finish, I highly recommend paying her a visit if you are looking to purchase diamonds.

Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of ring that I wanted, from the stone to the band and to the setting. He was extremely patient whilst I tried on many rings never making me feel it was a trouble. I would definitely recommend Shining Diamonds.
