I had a paypal charge from them and I never ordered from them. They most def hacked my account.

This company has been going out of business for a year ! NOT LEATHER, NOT MADE IN U.S.A. No refunds ,even after returned. The biggest scam I've ever encountered, from CHINA.

-5 rating. This is one of the worse companies in which you could ever make a purchase. The merchandise arrives damaged and you can't get a refund. Stay clear of this company.

I bought a purse that had one of its four knobs (for the strap) come off. Their customer service sent me a new purse as a replacement but then the replacement bag's zipper came off. I was disappointed with the product as I expect handmade bags to not have issues like this.

I placed an order 2 months ago and still don’t have the items. No response to company about where my order is. I have sent 5-10 messages and still no answer. Very disappointed and will NOT ORDER AGAIN! This is for Order #52018317. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY ORDER!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. They are located in the Far East - China- There have no leather. Just vinyl junk. Don’t buy from this company. They are a scam!!!!

Do not purchase. This company falsely advertises its products. Says bags are made in USA but you can see from the "hidden" shipping label it is not. The bag is not authentic leather and it is very poor quality. No phone number to call and no response from the customer service email.

Liars and cheats. They advertise Hand-made Leather Bags made in California but ship cheap plastic bags from China. Will not refund but will offer 35% off and you can keep their crap. They will not acknowledge the bait and switch.

Don’t order. They said they were shipping over a month ago. Will not return my emails.

I placed an order Sept 21 2021 & I have yet to receive my item,after the payment cleared my account.

I ordered a small bag. It took weeks and weeks to arrive. I contacted them twice for status. Each time a shipping notice was provided almost immediately. However, each time the status for shipping notice was "awaiting receipt of article at shipping". Bag finally arrived and I was shocked at the cheapness and quality of bag. A decorative stud fell off as I was removing bag from packaging. Bag was listed as leather with suede lining. It was cheap vinyl with even cheaper vinyl lining. I contacted Shinnie for a refund and return instructions. To date, I paid to return item which was returned because USPS was unable to deliver, address not known. Shinnie provided a bogus return address. There have been numerous emails back and forth. Shinnie continues to refuse to refund until they receive item back. Hard to do when their address is unknown. Then I went back and reread their return policy. It states that they will fully refund, and pay return shipping costs, for damaged goods. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHINNIE! They are NOT a reputable company. Buyer Beware!!!

It took almost two months for them to send me the items, it was only when I called my bank and place a claim against them that they expedite the shipment. Now, one of the items strap bag clip does not work and it looks to me is going to be another two months in order for them to response it is too late to return that particular item. The website is not secured. This is a scam. Will never buy from this company again. They say it is a local company from California but I do not believe it.

I ordered a shoulder bag as a gift over 2 months ago. I am still waiting for my order. All the company tells me is that it has been shipped. I would not suggest that this company to any body.

Made in America a LIE. I have been on line with this company repeatedly from the day I received a tracking number from a Chinese company. I have not after three weeks received merchandise so I can not comment on quality but I can tell you that the Chinese company finally got it to a post office in the US, after 23 days.

The bag I ordered does not match the quality stated on the page advertised. It is cheap, poorly made and not worthy of purchase. I am trying to return the bag and was told they would refund 20% and I keep the bag. This is not acceptable. Do NOT order from this company unless you are OK with cheap looking product!

This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I received my genuine " leather" tote bag today and it looks so cheap. It is a leatherette tote and cheaply made. What a waste of money!!
It took about 3 weeks for the product to be delivered!

I received it however it is not the same purse that you have online , bad quality purse , i am going to return it tomorrow and I want my money back , it is fraud they post a picture and I didn’t get what It is , Fraud big time I really don’t recommend to buy nothing from this people , no phone number to call them , communication only by email, and other issue (no return address,) only return address where they went to deliver it , so careful cuz we work hard for our money and it is not right.

I ordered two Leather bags from shinnie-jewelry.co, and received cheap leatherette bags from China. Super disappointed and irritated. I even asked, via messenger, whether the bags were Leather before I ordered and I was told they were. Hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake. Steer clear of shinnie-jewelry.co!

They are not genuine leather at all!! Some cheap plastic, this is a scam, I can't even get my money back
