Fast, reliable, would use again!

This service was fast, reliable, and it was very clear where my package was in the process. It was a fragile item, so they took care of it very well and it arrived in perfect shape. I would absolutely use this service again!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I'd accidentally shipped it to my old address and they were so quick to reply by email and assure me they would send it to my actual address. Super fast and easy to do it this way. It's my second time and I'll keep doing it! Thank you all!

Ship By Mail is a terrific company!

This year I had to order a medical device from Europe that couldn’t be directly sent to the US. I found out about Ship By Mail on Reddit they were perfect for my situation. It’s free to join and you don’t pay until they ship the item to your home. I like how you get your own personal suite address. Shipping rates are very reasonable and they are super fast to ship once your package arrives. Their customer support is fantastic. Very fast to respond to questions and are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ship By Mail if you are needing a Canadian shipping intermediary.

I had a great experience working with…Lucas

I had a great experience working with Lucas from ShipByMail. He was extremely detailed, patient, and always made sure to follow up every time I left a voicemail, he called me back promptly.

It’s rare to find that level of reliability and customer service these days. Lucas made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

OVERCHARGED ME & DESTROYED MY SHIPMENT now NO response

HELP! NO RESPONCE TO 8 requests! 1) they overcharge me $140 for shipping of one small set of coasters CA to USA ; 2) overcharge me for "duty" that does not even apply on used coaster set; 3) send item in a way it get damaged and now 1 WEEK OF CALLS AND EMAILS ASKING FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON FILING INSURANCE CLAIM - Crickets! NOone responds to calls or emails! ANYONE THERE??? RESPOND PLEASE!!! ORDER TRACKING NBR - as no way to find any other info on your site - Tracking Number: CH499431305CA

never use their service (you will lost your money & time)

they lost my package how is it possible to buy a cellphone that has a seal but only the box arrived, they received my package on March 13, on March 18 they said only the box arrived and what's funnier is they told me to pay for the empty box to be sent to me

Received all items after issues got solved

After I had many issues with Shipbymail when I ordered some athletic clothes from a company in Canada, they took care of a lost package, and missing items I ordered. It took more than 4 months to solve the all issues, but I happily have everything I needed. Thank you.

This was seamless and no tricks!

I wanted the hilo continuous blood pressure monitor that is not yet available in the us. I ordered it using Paypal and the address provided my by Shipbymail. In due course I was contacted to pay the shipping to the US and the tarriff (ugh!), and it all went smoothly

It’s my first time using Shipbymail

It’s my first time using Shipbymail. Hesitated at first but for no reason really. They are prompt and helpful with their communication and swift in getting my package out. Delivery was equally fast. I would definitely use them again. Recommend them completely.

The estimate and the final price I…

The estimate and the final price I received were drastically different. When questioned about how it's calculated, they just blame it on the software. There is no transparency, no itemized importation receipts. Also, the shipping fee was charged based on weight (8kg), but the label on arrival clearly stated 2kg. I wouldn't use them again.

Shipping charges are based on the carrier’s billable weight, which may be calculated using either the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, whichever is greater. This means a package may physically weigh 2 kg, but if its box size creates an 8 kg dimensional weight, the carrier may bill it at 8 kg.
