On going issue that started when I was over charged around $40 for a relatively small package! After trying to blame me for everything I submitted a video showing the dimensions that were PRINTED on the box!!!!!! Eventually I received a refund. But that is just the beginning of the sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional emails that followed! Last one even flat out called me an ashole! (They spelled it correctly, I had to edit here, so I could upload) All because I proved they knowingly overcharged me! THEY did NOT enter the wrong dimensions on their USPS account, just what they charged me.

Joe, the problem I have with you is that you start with being an ashole first. I’m not interested in your business, it’s not worth the hassle. We made a couple of mistakes and reimbursed you for them. You lay down on your caps lock. I’d rather have you be someone else’s pain then mine.
