Very good experience with Buy For Me in USA. I sent the link and pay the product to Shippn. And after all is easy: follow the steps (choice the host, he buys it, he receives it, he sends it...). 7 days for all.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but decided to try it out anyways. Happy to report that it worked perfectly and my package arrived safely via the local Shippn host. I will use Shippn again in the future.

This service has been disappointing. I used Omar Ahmed who is based in London and had a 5 star review with hundred of reviews. My item was delivered to the host address 4 days ago on January 21, the host signed for the item and acknowledged receipt, and still the host has not processed the order towards shipping as of January 24. He claims the item was not delivered in a shipping package but has not offered a photo of the item and the packaging it arrived in. I ordered this dress for my birthday but now I highly doubt the dress will arrive on time let alone actually be delivered to me. I DO NOT recommend this service. Save your money and your time and DO Not USE. I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Wow, seriously was expecting the worse, but got the best service. Unfortunately, one of my packages wasn't picked up and was lost in Greece. I was expecting an apology message with some excuse. Instead, they took it seriously, took full responsibility, and offered a full refund after an investigation. Thank you for your amazing customer support!!

This is my second time using shippin to order items from Germany and have them sent to the US, the service is pretty smooth and once you get all the information in it works like clock work. It easy extremely affordable even for priority delivery, I got my shoes in less than 2 days which was ridiculously fast I think, for a price that would be more expensive if shipping within the US..., Additionally I really appreciated their desire to verify my payments to make sure there purchase wasn't fraudulent I'm gonna be a little nit picky not to discourage use of the service but to say they can improve a bit. The chat portal can improve.. find a way to separate messages from the host and shippin cause at times I didn't know who I was talking to and having multiple overlapping messages from different people is kind of annoying honestly, this should be a simple fix think

I had a great experience. Before using the service I read reviews and I saw a few were negative, but now I understand that those people had bad experiences because they were ordering illegal stuff. If your order is legal, you are safe and good to go! I had great communication with the platform all the time, and they were very proactive with updates and help. Excellent solution!

I purchased a coat for my wife that was available only in the UK shop. The host was very kind and responsive, sent me pictures of the packages and item before and after repackaging, and shipped it very quickly. Item received by him on Monday, and on Friday the shippn package was ready for delivery in Italy.

Costs aligned with competitors.

A very good service for those things you can't get delivered directly. Yes it costs, but when it's one of those "gotta have" things a few extra pounds isn't a big deal. Very good customer journey, communications great all the way though and does what it says on the tin. I'll certainly be using again!

I reached out initially to see if they would be able to ship certain products. They responded quickly with additional questions to clarify on the products. Once clarified, set me up with what is needed and guided me through the whole process. Their platform kept me updated at each stage (from receiving, packing, shipping and delivery). The customer service and their overall service itself was phenomenal!

I used shippn to reship a purchase I made from an auction in Sweden when the auction company would not ship to the U.S. the positives with shippn was the accuracy and speed, reasonable cost, and ability to use a carrier (DHL) that billed me directly for the import duties once they were determined (not based on estimates). The only downside was that auctions take a little time to conclude and ship- and shippn is quick to close orders that are open if they claim it becomes inactive. They are not clear they will do that, they do without warning (no message saying ‘we will close this is you do not reply’), and they do not consider logging in and updating details including invoices to be activity that counts as active. I would happily use them again- but I would wait to set up the shipment until after the auction is ready to ship- which will be hard because I’ll have to convince the auction company to hold until I gave an address. That is why I set up with shippn ahead of time- but they apparently do not work well if you are not ready to ship quickly. My issue is that this was not clear, and was a headache in an otherwise wonderful service.

Everything went smoothly as I was unsure about the process, I was helped along the way by a brilliant host and got updates and photos all the way through, the fees are what they are in terms of delivery and customs, you know that before you do it, and if you really want or need something then its how it is. Work use again, but would say the experience is dependant on your host of which mine was great, always responded quickly and answered any of my questions or advised me what to do next etc.

This was my very first experience with Shippn and although the host was great and had good communication, this service itself is pretty pricey. I did not expect the shipping costs to be almost as much as the item I was purchasing! Glad my package arrived safely but it will cost you an arm and a leg!
