This was my third order with Marco Hölscher and I will continue to use him any time I need something from a region he can help with. Quick shipping, safely packaged. One of the first orders he did for me was a little rough figuring out the shipping method to get my books to him, but this last time it went without a hitch. Really appreciate his help every time!

Excellent customer service, received a refund promptly and communication was always easy and they replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this excellent company.

First time buyer and it exceeded my expectations!

There are 2 ways to shop on the site: "shop yourself" or "buy for me." Shop yourself was a bit tricky for me as I was ordering multiple of the same items and I couldn't find a way to multiple. So I tried "Buy For Me," and it was very straight forward. Add the link, quantity, then pay.

Eventually you will select a parcel forwarder and they will handle the rest. Once you place your order: under your profile setting > order > buy for me orders > view details > scroll all the way down and you will see each phase and what it means. Shippn will also notify you the progress of your order by email.

Ordering was a breeze, I think the UI of the site can get updated to a more user-friendly version, but overall it got the job done and I'm so happy with the help of Shippn connecting me to trusted people who shipped my package with care! My package shipped with DHL to the U.S and it was super fast, max is 3 days.

Mr Bart is very helpful. Honestly this was the first time I bought from the Netherlands and not knowing where to find the waybill number from PostNL. However the host helped me figure it out. He sent photos promptly upon arrival and repacked for me so as to reduce the delivery cost.

I 100% recommend this service to someone needing to get a package delivered to the U.S. from a European country when buying from a seller that does not sell to U.S. addresses. I received a pakage from Czechoslovakia in just under 2 weeks from the date I had my European buyer place the order.

Excellent service. The website was a little difficult to navigate, but my host, Brooke, was fantastic and helped me through each step. Highly recommend Brooke as a host to ship/receive packages.

Do not trust their "protection." First, it's expensive — I paid $67, and you only find out the real price at the very end of the process, once you're already committed.

On top of that, they don't actually guarantee the condition your parcel arrives in. My collectible items arrived damaged —corners completely folded — and Shippn dismissed it as "superficial." For $67, the absolute minimum you'd expect is to receive your parcel not damaged.

So the conclusion is simple: if you care about receiving your order in good condition, don't use them — because you can be sure you won't be refunded — the most they offered me was a 20% discount code on a future order, which is worthless when I have no intention of ever using them again and doesn't fix the damage to this one.

And one last thing: if you ever open a dispute with them, they block your account, so you lose access to your order history — pictures, chat, everything. Very classy practice.

Save your money and use a service that actually stands behind the parcels it ships.

Great service once again from Shippn. My host in the Netherlands, Bart, took care of everything, and my package arrived in good order. Would recommend for all your 3rd party shipping needs.

I used the Shippn ‘Buy for me’ program to get a desired item from a foreign country. The process was straightforward, fee specific, and easy. Item was purchased for me and a helpful agent in the foreign country shipped the item within hours of receiving it. The delivery was rapid and traceable. I would recommend the ‘Buy if for me’ for any foreign purchase that does not ship to your location!

Great service and package hosts. They should find better EU shipping providers for extra small parcels. Too expensive, in that case 😶‍🌫️ Otherwise, super responsive, transparent and legit!

This is my second time using this service for my Coach orders and I have been completely satisfied each time. I even had to do return and it was a flawless transaction. Kai Takahashi was my host each time and he was very professional and communicated throughout the entire process. Will definitely recommend and will be using the service again soon.

Fees were somewhat high but my host, Benjamin Jones was fantastic and very fast.

No issues shipping this order, Bart is always quick and efficient when consolidating packages and getting them shipped to me. He is my go-to when shipping from the Netherlands. My only complaint is that the consolidation process on the company side needs some updates to make it a more accurate process.

It took 48 hours for the parcel that had been delivered to the host to show up in the system, it only happened after I chased it up. And then, the quote to ship a 1.5kg package to the UK from Belgium came in at £240 roughly - this is not normal. I am not happy.
