Only used shippn twice in 2 different countries (Australia and Spain) but honestly I could not fault anything. I was so unsure at first if it was legit but the host communicated every step of the way and I got just what I wanted where it wouldn’t have been possible without Shippn! It takes bit more time of course (and money) but if you really want something it’s the only way. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you!

I wanted some glassware from Belgium which my partner saw on holiday - but it was only available for delivery within Belgium. Using Shippn I was able to order and then have it relayed to the UK. The whole thing took around 3 weeks and was straight forward, with updates as the order progressed.

The service is an overpriced joke. They force you to pay for their service with the same credit card you bought your item with even though they supposedly offer PayPal and other payment options. You have to upload bank statements to them. Their customer service is doesn’t provide solutions, just demands. They mark up the shipping rates significantly and also charge service fees. Not worth the hassle

I have used Shippn many times from several different countries, and so far the service has been excellent! I most commonly order from the Netherlands and from the USA. The host I use in the Netherlands is Bart, who provides a brilliant service, and is especially good at keeping me updated and communicating at every step of the process. For the USA, the host I choose is Timothy, whose service is also exceptional in every way, always taking particular care to pack the parcel in a secure and efficient way. Thank very much to both Bart and Timothy, as well as the other hosts I have used in other countries, none of whom have ever let me down. Highly recommended.

There was a particular item only available in France, absolutely no way to order in the US. I found this service though- and they really came through! I was able to contact a shopper, Nastita Rani Mezailles, who guided me through the process and successfully ordered and forwarded the package to me! It was all super easy, and she was very courteous and helpful, she kept me updated on all steps of shipping and delivery! Mind you, I have never used a service like this before, but I am very impressed with both the support and the turnaround for international deliveries. I would highly recommend this to anyone shopping overseas! Thanks again!

Excellent service. I bought an item on the Australian eBay site and the shipper would only ship domestically. I arranged shipping with Shippn, and it was turned around and shipped to me in the USA the same day that it arrived at the Shippn person's address.

I have not received my order yet. I order 3 screen monitor and it been a month still i havent received. I am now suspecting this is scam and i cannot track order in glescia website and shippenzo says recepient not available. I think its madeup tracking tool . No one contacted me about the parcel and i am in my home only. I need to know whats going on

I've used Shippn's services several times over the years. I've always had a great experience. They always try their best to ensure that you have a good experience. I recommend 😊☀️

DO NOT RECOMMEND - extremely high & hidden fees. I had to pay over $74 in DHL shipping for a small package (0.5 kg, about 11cm x 12cm x 3cm) and some other fees which resulted in $120+ in costs. In addition, the items I purchased had a discount code, which the shopper/proxy used -- but I wasn't refunded for that discount. Very scammy, would never use again.

EDIT - SHIPPN's response notes, "Duties and taxes, since your shipment was sent using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option, meaning import charges into the U.S. were prepaid on your behalf." This is false. I selected "Duties Paid on Delivery." Furthermore, it is very telling that the $5 issue was NOT responded to, nor remedied, UNTIL this Trust Pilot review was published. I cannot recommend using this company that charges 3x shipping (based on the same weight / dimensions I used to ask DHL directly about).

I have used the Shippn service multiple times now to help with “Buy For Me” purchases from across the world. The process is easy to initiate and the Shippn support team and their buyers are great to work with. They keep you updated through each step of the process. Very happy with the service overall and grateful for this shopping option!

Excellent first experience with Shippn! Great service in Singapore where they bought two very limited items at an exclusive retailer. All done in one week including shipping from another continent.

I used Shippn to proxy buy a poster off Yahoo Jp. It was a super easy process. just entered the information and made the payment. I was helped by a shopper named Moe Inoue and she was super helpful even making sure to let me know of the higher than normal shipping costs due to the current climate. Every step of the process went smoothly and I got my package in about a week, which is insanely fast and packaged how I asked. I would recommend this service to anyone. <3
