AWFUL GAME CONTENT / NOT SO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shockwave has gone down the tubes. Their customer service is fair. Not awful but slow, and also kind of rude. I have been with them for years.

They are now uploading games that you can find free online to play. They charge $5 a month for a subscription but have not been able to download games for months because they are so boring. Simple child games. Not worth the money.

I would not recommend this game site and plan on leaving shockwave if they do not improve.
