UPDATE . After writing this review shoeaholics emailed me to sort this issue out and i finally received a refund . I still dont understand why this wasnt done when i reported the missing parcel however its sorted now and ive amended my low rating
Didn't receive my order . Courier said they'd left it on the door step however when I came home it was no where to be seen . Shoeaholics basically told me it had been delivered and that was it ! Down 80 quid and will never shop with them again

Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.
My parcel was marked as delivered and supposedly “thrown over the fence” — yet it was never delivered to my address. My fiancé was home at the time, and I have two security cameras (including a Ring doorbell) that cover the entire front of my property. I reviewed all footage from the stated delivery window and there was absolutely no delivery attempt made. No courier approached the house, no parcel was left, nothing.
I provided clear video evidence from both cameras, along with a photo showing full coverage of my property. Despite this, I have received little to no meaningful response.
To make matters worse, I then received an email stating that the issue had been “resolved” — when in reality I have not even received a proper reply addressing the evidence I submitted, nor have I received a refund. The matter is absolutely not resolved.
The lack of communication has been shocking. I’ve had to chase repeatedly and escalate the issue just to try to get someone to take this seriously.
I am beyond disappointed and incredibly angry at how this has been handled. If this is how genuine delivery disputes are treated — even when supported by clear video evidence — I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered a pair of boots, but the wrong size was sent. I have emailed several times and have not received any response. There is no contact number available, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve this issue.
I paid for next-day delivery and would like a refund for that service, as well as a full refund without any return charges, since this was not my mistake.
Please advise on how this will be resolved. The lack of communication is very disappointing.

Can never shop with shoeaholics anymore
I ordered for 4 items worth £212 on 26/11/2025. I received text message from EVRI on the 30/11/25 that my parcel will be delivered that day btw 18:30 -19:30. I waited for my doorbell to ring until 20:00hours, no one rang the bell or knock my door. When I was going through my mails the following day at work, i saw EVRI's email at 20:26 on 30/12/25 that my order was delivered with photo of MATALAN packaging delivered at someone's door entirely different from my door. I requested for support to investigate where my order was with clear pictures that shows MATALAN packaging instead of SHOEAHOLICS. I checked with neighbors and everywhere around for the delivery but all to no avail. To my disappointment, Shoeaholics staff only responded stating "they can choose to deliver anywhere since I did not give any delivery instruction so they cannot help me". That was how I lost £212 to Shoeaholics and EVRI. They are so heartless! I'm still yet to recover from the shock and pain and flashbacks caused by them. it's unbelievable! I trust them so much but not anymore!
