i got a bit traumatised by the reviews…
i got a bit traumatised by the reviews i read here, i have to admit - slow, bad customer support, no communication..
nevertheless, i gave it a shot, and while doing it i ordered a package to my old address. well done.
i panicked a little bit, since .. well i now need this unresponsive customer support.
in the confirmation email i got the cancellation link you can use to request cancellation in case your order has not been shipped yet.
so i used it.. in the morning i still saw a charge on my card. but during the day, i was contacted by the customer service explaining that my order can be cancelled, and that will be cancelled.
they refunded me in a matter of hours.
so.. if we ignore my initial stupidity - everything else went quite smoothly.
