DON'T buy at Shoes.com.
I paid for international shiping 25$ and after the shipment arrived I found out that the true shipping cost was 70$. The customer service is standing behind the "term and conditions" which is not transparent. If they know that the cost will be 70$ why do they say 25$?

I will never buy again..

I wish I had read review I have never seen such Poor standard shoe they sent the wrong colour they are not as described ie suede leather i quoted them the consumer rights but that didn’t work, other than I could return the shoes to them but I would have to pay delivery I explained that I had paid then to delivery the item that I had ordered, but that not going to work I was offered $5compensation in one email half in another $9 half in another and $3 they are terrible AVOID

All they are doing is Ripping as OFF !!

I agree with all the bad reviews here. This is a very dodgy company. They have charged my credit card and told me the item was shipped (1 month after ordering) and now 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. The tracking number doesn’t work.

Well it’s bin like three months an still waiting on three orders two orders off clothing an one order off sneakers an shoes now I will like my order or my money back plz thank you

I want no stars! Honestly do not buy from this company. I ordered in May, no item received. Shipping number doesn’t work ! Please DO NOT BUY ! You might as well throw your money down the toilet ! DISGUSTING company

I ordered my shoes on May 7/20. They promptly charged my credit card in US funds and 2 months later I've heard nothing. I followed my tracking number and it says should be delivered July 7/20. I've had no communication from them , when at purchase time they said they would notify when package shipped. Never again will I order from this company!

DON’T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I waited about 8 weeks for my sandals and when they arrived they were the wrong size and colour. They are extremely badly made and shoddy looking. The soles are just like very cheap flip-flops and I doubt if they would last more than a couple of minutes before they broke - that is if they weren’t about 10 sizes too small. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I read a bunch of bad reviews AFTER I made my purchase with shoes.com and it made me nervous but apparently they recognize that they’ve had a problem in the customer service dept and they’re trying to make some changes because my experience was 100% perfect😁😁. I ordered some baby stripper heels lol and I wanted them to get here but the holiday that was then 4 days away. Mind you the heels said ships same day if ordered by 4pm eastern, I ordered at 3:53pm and I also paid 10$ for 2 day shipping. So I called the following day cuz I was nervous and the lady wasn’t very reassuring but they did end up shipping them the following day that’s the only thing that made me afraid cuz it wasn’t “same day” but I mean come on it was 7 mins to four. and they came in exactly two days! So I had my shoes on time right color right size and get this they refunded me the 10$ I paid for two day shipping I’m guessing because they didn’t ship it same day but the next day! Because it definitely only took two days after it was marked shipped! That’s what prompted me to write a review because my credit card just notified me of the 10$ credit From shoes.com. I am very happy with them if you’re a first time buyer give them a chance despite the negativity. They definitely exceeded my expectations and my heels are beautiful, high quality with memory foam on the sole 😍 I couldn’t write a review on the site cuz I didn’t have an account before I placed the order? Idk. Five ⭐️ would recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them less than one star I would. Ordered shoes overnight for a trip. Charged me $20 for shipping. Ended up shipping it standard anyway. Didn't receive the shoes in time. Customer service was a waste of time, no help whatsoever. I never leave reviews, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!

One star is too much. Sandals from Instagram advert from Kiwinic- ordered early April 2020 received in a plastic bag July 1st 2020 having been half way round the world. Having emailed in the interim asking where they were but no reply. Sandals are extremely poor quality and poorly made and finished NOTHING like the pictures in the advert. They do not fit properly and are only worthy of the dustbin. Trading standards need to be aware of this SCAM. DO NOT BUY

So cheaply made. Obviously come from overseas and take 6-8 weeks to arrive! Clever marketing. Nasty soles, bad fit. My sandals are glorified flip flops from the £1 shop. AVOID

I too ordered a pair of sepia denim canvas shoes, took 5 weeks to arrive. I sent numerous emails and they blamed the carrier. When they arrived they were the wrong colour and a size smaller so I can’t wear them! Awful quality, uncomfortable, no branding in them, and look as if they’ve been made in a shed - nothing nice about them. Trading Standards need to be aware of this place!

The sandles were of such poor quality, design and their customer service is non existing. They claim to respond in 24 hrs if you have a query. I have been waiting 6 weeks. I have had one email from them during this time, asking me to send some photos, which I had already sent. I have been asking for a refund but I am being ignored. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a pair of dansko shoes for work and received the shoes individually wrapped in brown packing paper in the shoes.com box without a shoe box and lid. I thought it was a little weird but didn't worry about it. Found out the shoes did not fit and I sent the shoes back exactly the way they came to me after a couple of days. Three weeks went buy I called and was given the run around for two more weeks so I opened a paypal dispute and was finally told that I didn't send the shoes back in the original shoe box. I told them the shoes didn't come in a shoe box!! They refused to listen and told me I may have recycled to box and that I would not be getting a refund basically calling me a liar!! I am livid!! Why would I keep a shoe box!! This company really need to be exposed for it's unscrupulous practices. Instead of admitting due the them being short staffed during these difficult times and made a packing mistake sending my shoes without the box they would rather accuse me of being dishonest. My husband said their sells must be down and this is a ploy to not give back refunds. I'm going to the BBB after this review, write the CEO next, and may go to small claims court just for the principle even though the shoes were a little over $104.00.

I ordered my sandals the beginning of May & they finally arrived today (22 June) they have travelled around the world visiting various countries on their 2 month journey to me.

I followed the advice to go up 1 size & still can't get my foot in them. I would have needed to go up at least 2/3 sizes if I wanted to wear them. They fit my 10yr old daughter who is a size 2.
Now in a dispute with them to get my money back.

Only got 1 star I had to pick one. Ordered my shoes in April. Got nothing. Email address doesn't work. Don't buy from them.

This is a scam and trading standards need to be told about this rip off company ordered shoes on May 22 it’s 21 June I have received nothing the fact they advertise in Instagram is just a joke Instagram is responsible now for 2 rip off scams that happened to me, these people need to be prosecuted and I will look into that. Do not buy from them they are a HOAX

I wish there was an option for less than 1 star, this place is terrible! It is less painful to walk in barefeet over glass than to deal with SHOES.COM. The shoes I payed extra to have within 3 days took 13 days to be delivered and their response is they are happy I got my shoes. I don't want the shoes anymore I WANT A REFUND

Shoes.com is a thief, a liar and an absolutely dishonest hoax. Do not buy from them. I had a promotion code that was applied to my total ( I tripled check the 30% off each item was correct). After I completed the purchase with my promotional code, the website refreshed and charged my credit card for the entire full price. It was a joke. After numerous unanswered emails and persistent calls (total of a 3hr wait combined), I demanded my promotional money be refunded back to me since their website was at fault to charge me full price. They did not comply. They were rude and nasty via email and by phone. Their stupid customer service is based somewhere in a country that doesn't teach manners. At the end, they applied 5% back to my card and didn't even refund me the tax it charged. Stupid rude ass people. It was suppose to be 30%. I had over $500 worth in shoes. And then they were crappy enough to say, I could return the shoes with a $7 charge EACH shoe (which I had 8 of them) since they refuse to fix their mistake.
