I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. I normally find shoes with high heels difficult to fit my feet, often they fit weird. This was not the issue with this as it was bespoke! I must mention that the entire ordering process was hitch-free and shipping was done in time as promised. Will shop again!

Sandals arrived really quick which is wonderful .Was nervous about ordering from this company after reading all the negative reviews.shoes were exactly as pictured could not be happier with them .Dont believe the negative reviews not true.

I ordered a pair of peep-toe suede (leather) boots, UK 7 Eur 40. What I received was a cheap synthetic, poorly made boot that was a size 41. I had to send, via e-mail, photos taken in daylight to show the material. They were adament that the material WAS suede , but if I wanted to return them for a smaller size I could do, but at my cost!!. Of course this is not going to happen as I have no confidence in their products. The boots had no manufacturing label to say what the soles or uppers were made of and came in a plain white box witt a sellotaped picture on the side.
At full price these boots would have cost £260.00. If I had seen these in a shop I would have walked straight out.
Please be careful what you buy and read their returns policy carefully.

This is the first time that I went shopping on this site and I think their shoes are very beautiful though I don’t know how about its quality. I just ordered one and see if it looks as the picture and then I may order more. Totally, I’m in love with it.

Terrible quality shoes. Nothing like the wonderful expensive shoes in picture. Shoes cost $94.99 but not even worth $5.

Returned the shoes but shoespie denied they received them. I appealed to paypal but as I did not have a tracking number I could not get a refund, even though I had proof of postage.

I tried to write a review on the shoespie facebook page but they don't let you put your own review down.

10 August - Bought shoes

30 August - Shoes arrived

30 August - Ask refund, and shipped back.

14 October - ShoesPie offered a partial refund of $18.00 USD, which I rejected.

25 October - Made trustpilot review.

26 October - Shoespie apologize on trust pilot.

26 October - Shoespie say they have recieved the item, offer a full refund and ask for the review to be removed from trust pilot.

19 November - Shoespie report to trustpilot that I am not a customer and my review is removed.

November - I send proof to trust pilot to get it back on.

29 November - I have to remove "defamatory statements" from my view as I have no proof goods are not genuine.

9th December - Hopefully review is back on.

I have read a few reviews about shoespie that really surprise me - I
ordered over 500$ worth of shoes from here for my 24rd birthday,
unfortunately I got to check out and realised there was no option for
next day delivery - I was gutted to have wasted my time so emailed their
customer service team who kindly offered to air-mail it free of charge
so it would arrive in time for my birthday. Following this I was then
surprised with a holiday and didn't return the shoes within the 14
days - I emailed again to let them know and they were so understanding
that it was honestly amazing. I have never received such amazing
customer service.

Another product from this website and I still get the same amount of satisfaction. They never seem to change the quality of their work. The dress I ordered for came fast and in beautiful condition. It also looked as beautiful as displayed on the website. Great shopping experience, as always!

Just yesterday only I got my new pair of tassel stiletto sandals bought from shoespie.com. Since, I never purchased any pair of shoes from this online store, I was a bit worried about quality of the product. But, what I actually got was pretty satisfying.
