Poor service, no info, money taken immediately.
This is one of the worst internet shopping experiences I have ever had
I ordered my camera 12 days ago, it still hasn't arrived. It was a stock item ( On the site it said they had 256 in stock), and quoted a 'couple' of days for delivery.
I contacted them about the non delivery, through the "live chat" on the contacts section on the site. Here's the transcription.

Shop4IT: Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days of receipt – Dispatching is standard delivery and goods dispatched can take up to 2-7 working days to arrive (Excluding Weekends).
Shop4IT: For items delayed please be advised that we are unable to investigate their non arrival for 15 working days from the date of dispatch as our couriers will not investigate NON Delivery until this period has elapsed.

15 working days? Thats ridiculous, no tracking number, no confirmation, and you took my money the same day I placed the order. Poor
