I didn't pay a bill on time, as the order was never listed at the "my account page", all other orders were listed and paid. So when checking, I always thought everything is paid, there must be a mistake. They quickly went to hire one of those aggressive companies to put pressure on me, even after I explained to their service, I had to pay over 60€ fee for a bill of 16€. Never happened to me before, and I buy a lot online. Will never order there again!

Please don't buy anything from this shop. Mu wife ordered on 10.08 drugs for my children and my father. It took 4 days and nothing happened. My wife contacted shop again and it tooks two days with short feedback that the drugs are already prepared, then nothing happened again.
Now, one day before our vacation we have to cancel the order and buy the drugs whereas. Never buy from this shop anymore!

The free envelope is not trustful. I submitted my original receipt within it and they simply lost it. Now I had the headache to come back to the doctor again and have a new appointment to take a new receipt of an important medicament to me. Not trustful service, I don't recommend it!

So easy to shop with shopapotheke, delivery is very fast and definitely the best prices.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock on June 12. June 20 still no status update or shipping confirmation. Sent them an email, they wrote back a standard mail, saying my order is being processed. Today, June 28 still no shipping confirmation.
Edit: after another complaint, my order finally got cancelled. Now it's wait and see if the refund comes through.

Disgusting Service. Avoid this shop if you do not want to wait 3 weeks for your delivery. Ungly and non-professional service. This kind of business should be banned !!!!

I will never use this shop again. I am so enraged. It happened a misunderstanding regarding a double order and they did not tried to do anything to inform me about the issue nor they were open to a humane solving. I ordered something essential for my home birth and now i have to pay a huge bill with commision, like a bank mafia, and they don t care at all that i have a big family and cannot afford. Written laws more important than humane understanding. Shame on you shame on you capitalistic fake business. Tragedy.

The price in the website was attractive. I ordered my medication from the website and the invoice was different from the price in the website. the price was same as the one in a normal shop.
This is a customer manipulation. I will not use their services any more.

I order La roche posay, Bioderma, also many other things from shop-apotheke so far. Prices are often _not always_ cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery is fast. So far it's been 3 years I am ordering from this shop. They never failed.

Everything for profits, but once you order they don't care anymore.
Customer service can't help further, I've got a generic reply...

Very upsetting service! They sent me payment reminder for the order I have paid with PayPal right after purchase! Until now we can't solve the problem. I never buy there again!!
