I ordered a product called Lumibalm through Shop.com. The product never came. I wrote a complaint to shop.com. No reply. I wrote two complaints to the vendor, luminarabeauty.com and no reply. I asked for my money back and still haven't received it.

Bottom line: Neither shop.com or luminarabeauty.com are trustworthy sites. These people are not trustworthy.

I am very impressed with the myriad of products available, and with my shop.com consultant (Jan Lehnhardt) who is sooooo knowledgeable about the Go Lean and Lumiere product lines. Delivery is fast, and Market America’s customer service is second to none.

I made the mistake of having my shipment could come through shop.com which put in my daughter’s address instead of mine. That’s because I last shipped to my daughter from this sight. It became the default. Just beware and be very careful when ordering through them. My fault for not being more careful. THERE is NO WAY to cancel order or change shipping address.

I ordered a Aussiedoodle - Pendeant and necklace on Sept,. 8, 2024 and never received the product. Contacted the seller Richirings.com via email to no avail they closed their shop. I emailed 4 times Shop.com and no one has contacted me. I tried to report the issue with SHOP and they wanted a URL to which there is none for my product since the seller is not in business. I wanted a refund. I will not use SHOP.com ever again.

Prompt delivery. Order on Monday 9th Sept 430pm, received the product on Wednesday 11th Sept Morning, 11am.

Have tried Isotonix OPC3, it tastes just like grape juice, a bit sour though. Love it and will order again!

My favorite online retailer have added shop.com making it very confusing and can no longer login. I won’t use shop.com it seems like a data collection scam so I no longer shop at some of my favorite online retailers. I have contact those retailers and told them they have lost me as a customer due to using shop.com. Blocking login is very frustrating.

I had a problem and when I thought they weren't going to solve it, customer service contacted me to solve it.

I wrote saying that I had only received one chair when your website specifies that it is a pack of two chairs. And they have not answered me.
They have contacted me and promised to send me an extra chair.

The customer service is very good.

I am currently a retail customer of Market America/Shop.com, and about to become an independent rep. I wanted to try some products first. The products I ordered are great and recieved everything promptly.
I have researched this company and they are totally legit. They've been around for 32 years and have an A+ rating from the BBB.
I highly recommend them and their business opportunity.

Always buy from Shop.com platform. I don't understand some reviews. I think they are confused with another shop app which is NOT shop.com. I always get cashback shopping from this site. Highly recommended.

Don’t trust them , most of the sellers on their site are fraud . I placed an order for a shoes with one of their sellers , and the shoes never came , and the seller store became unavailable. I contacted them and they said dispute with your bank , I filed BBB report and BBB came up with no solution since shop is only a platform. Now I am having a problem with my bank to dispute the charge . STAY AWAY OF THEM , DONT TTUST THEM .

My husband ordered from this site n we never received it. My husband sent an email asking if he got scammed. No response. This is another scam company.

Your company, Nutrametrix, Market America and KB solutions always do a good job for me. I don't understand how all these pieces fit together but your system works,

Bought a tshirt from Save our bullies to find it wasnt them but a scam. How is this even possible seeing as its a charity?

I just got something from vendor "Shoptonix". I may have inadvertently mistaken shoptonix for shop.com.

Do not trust this company. They do not vet their “retailers”. We tried to buy a $3300 bike and were scammed from a Shop retailer. They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.

I absolutely love everything about Shop.com and Market America. All of their products are phenomenal and have made a huge difference in my life over the years. I love the fact that I get cashback for alot of the sites I shop from anyway..plus I get it cheaper going through them than the actual site, especially with the coupon codes!
