I agree with everyone else, this place needs to be shut down. I recommend:
File a report with the FTC

File a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General

File a dispute with your credit card company.

I ordered and was charged for 7 dresses, received only 6. Bella Valentina ignored requests for a refund on the dress that never shipped (and I have an email from them in which they told me the dress was canceled). Of the dresses I did get, 3 of them were missing tags / labels and other information, so I have no idea if I received the correct size. I also received 2 dresses that were not the correct size that I ordered. One of the few dresses that did have a brand tag on it matched a dress/brand that could be found on Amazon for half price.

Also, their no refund policy is null and void in the event that they fail to deliver on the order per the Consumer Protection Act.

Also, if you Google their business address - you will find a 4 bedroom house in Georgia, not a high-end fashion store in Los Angeles

I ordered a $62.40 dress from Bella Valentina on March 3, 2024. The order number is 12273.The dress arrived on March 8, 2024. The company sent an xl dress instead of a 1x. I called the company several times at 323-984-0438, and no one answered the phone. I sent several emails and they responded by saying “I need to return the dress and s store credit will be issued. The store has a no refund policy, which is on their website.”

This is a racket. Individuals purchase an item from the website, the wrong size is sent to the customer. The customer must then return the item at their expense; and subsequently a store credit issued instead of a refund. The explanation provided: “the store policy says no refund is issued.” Yes, that is the store policy, but I did not receive the correct size. They did not provide the correct merchandise ordered.

This company did not deliver the correct size of 1x ordered. This is the company’s mistake, and they should be held accountable and be responsible for their mistake. The invoice says 1x, however the dress tag says xl. They should pay for the return. Now that I’ve seen the dress, the material is cheap and flimsy. I do not want it. If you had sent the correct size, then I would have to adhere to the policy. Because this was your mistake, the company policy should be null and void, and a full refund be given to me.

What a way to grow the business, by hijacking the public’s money, and making them pay for a return, that was the company’s fault! Be aware of this company’s business practices. Please refrain from doing business with this company!

Scam site. Ordered item and 2 weeks later they cancelled it due to “no longer in stock” then issues me store credit only. I filed and won my PayPal dispute claim. Do not buy anything here!!!

Emailed me to state the skirt I ordered was not in stock. I requested a refund from the company and they have not replied for weeks. I escalated my claim to PayPal now.

I ordered a pair of pants for the holidays
After 2 weeks with no shipment I contacted them to be informed that the item is “a little delayed” and wouldn’t arrive on time (I realize now it was never arriving and she was just trying to stall).

I asked for the order to be cancelled and she agreed but never sent a refund. Follow up emails were not answered. Thankfully I used PayPal to pay so I opened a dispute and am now waiting for PayPal to claw the money back.

This site needs to be shut down.

Do not shop here! I bought 4 different items and 2 of them were wrong and completely different from the photos on the website. When I reached out I got no response. Plus she doesn’t send your items on time, I had to reach out to her after 2 weeks and she finally sent the items.

I ordered 12 gowns for my wedding in a range of sizes for my bridesmaids. Got them all in the same shipment writhing about a week. The quality was perfect! I loved how the live chat rep helped me pick out the correct sizing and colors. I will definitely order from them again. I was afraid at first with the reviews but my order was perfect and didn’t have any issues contacting them. Definitely read the policies and live chat with them if you have questions… my transaction was seamless!

This company is a total scam. They never ship your item and then they give you store credit that you can spend on another item that they will never ship. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish they would just shut these businesses down for false advertisement. These people are crooks. The shirts are NOTHING like what they show in pictures, and the material is as cheap as I’ve ever seen. These sellers should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from people.

I bought a bridesmaids dress in December 2022. It never arrived, they told me they sent me another one. It never arrived. Desperation, I was emailing them asking where was my dress because I had to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. They just ignored me. Months after I made a complaint with my credit card company and the investigation was about close, they emailed me telling me they had given me a refund. I think this company is a scam, buyer beware! They also haven't replied to the credit card company so super dodgy, thank goodness for insurance.

One star is a far reach!! Definitely got dooped and paid $78 for a robe that was sold on on Amazon for $25. I didn’t mind paying for what I wanted. They sent me a completely different robe different color and wanted me to pay more to send it back, when the item was still available on the website. What if it happened again.. what a shame they should be put out of business im so mad at myself for not reading the reviews on the seller first

Save yourself the headache and disappointment. I wish I had read reviews. I ordered a jumpsuit that was delayed “due to high demand”. When I finally received it I was dissatisfied with the quality and fit. The fabric looked and felt cheap. It was supposed to be belted at the waist and the waistline was very high like an empire waist. I immediately requested a refund and address for a return. I found I could not get a full refund; only a store credit. So I’m forced to buy something else that probably looks cheap and also doesn’t fit right?

Absolute scam!!!!! I cancelled my order within two hours as I read so many bad reviews I received an e-mail from them saying they would refund my $380+ within 10 business days and I received nothing back and they have ignored any follow up correspondence. Don’t buy anything from this company!!!!!!!!!

After reading reviews of this site, I didn't expect to get my order at all. I actually got it, got the right thing, and got it more or less on time. But because I was wary after placing my order, I ordered the same type of thing from TJ Maxx just to be sure I would get what I needed. Well, I ended up with two red pencil skirts, but I have to say that when compared for quality, well there is no comparison. The one from TJ Maxx is lined, well-sewn, made with a sturdy fabric in a rich color. The Bella Valentina skirt is chintzy. It's thin, shiny fabric, not lined, poorly sewn, hangs weird and shows everything underneath. The only saving grace was that it was stretchier so fit better, still it looks pretty crappy. I wore it one day and felt insecure about the fit because it was so cheap, thin and clingy. I would not order anything from this company again based on the poor quality of the item.

This company is a complete sham! Do not order from them! The items never arrive and the quality is China’s worst! You don’t receive the items and they don't refund money! Someone needs to shut them down immediately!

I ordered a dress and received the incorrect size from what I ordered. I was advised the dress tends to run small which is why the next size up was shipped. As a customer who is purchasing, The size that I ordered should be the size I receive. I don't understand as a company how the decision is made to send a bigger size from what the customer has ordered. What is the purpose of a customer using the Size Chart that's provided on the website if it's disregarded with another size being shipped out?

I was told this company does not provide return labels & if I return the dress USPS is recommended. However when I emailed the company asking if I would be reimbursed for shipping being that the wrong size was sent from what I ordered I never got a response via email.

My 1st experience purchasing from this website hasn't been a successful outcome receiving the wrong size which is unfortunate. This company website has beautiful dresses. I had every intention to purchase more dresses but unfortunately I will not continue to do business with this company.

They are scam..the clothing doesn't look like the pictures..going to report to FTC..they claim to be in LA. when infact they in Georgia..do not purchase anything from this company!!
