Find another company! they have cost my company tens of thousands of pounds!!! Transaction failures, subscriptions failing to generate, or the website charging people three times so then I loose money in refund charges.
We found a problem where for the last 12 months the site has been under charging on products, they displayed at the right price in the back end and shop, but the basket was under charging, they don't know why.
We had many situations were customers put orders through and the order said failed in but payment had been successful, or worse the order said it was paid successfully only for us to find later that the payment was actually failed and we then had to chase payment after shipping a product.
I paid for them to connect the website to my till and logistics software and 12 months on they still haven't managed to make it work.
I've raised ticket after ticket trying to get them to fix problems and they still haven't 12 months on, they just keep sending holding emails saying they are working on it.
And when I spoke to the higher ups they just say there terms and conditions say nothing is there fault so they won't do anything!

Find any other company because these guys will just cost you money!

I would recommend Shopblocks to anyone. They are professional, communication is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. My project was handled from start to finish by Nikola and Kyanna.
They came up with suggestions got pictures and constantly fed information back to me.

Overall very pleased with the service.
The communication punctuality is a huge bonus with all the team getting back to me within the hour!
Fin and Kyanna have done a great job and have been very patient with assisting and designing.
Harry,Tom and Jamie also deserve credit for their input.

We had a few abandoned carts yesterday so I did a test purchase to see if everything was working OK - it is .
Today we have had our first completed order so I'm happy to have had that confirmed.

Excellent service from Nikola and Rob. Dealt with all enquiries and website development and changes with immediate effect, and updates to the website. Painless and quality service. Very good.

From the start Riley was very helpful with guiding me through the process and expectations with price and service. He was able to clearly note down exactly what I wanted, so that the website builder could smoothly build my pages without too much bother.

I was handed over to Ibrahim, who built the pages. He was patient with me, and was very knowledgeable. He's extremely fast at working and can get your website up and running in no time!

I appreciate what both gentlemen were able to do. I have also dealt with Matt and Tom (due to annual leave) all whom are excellent at their job.

My first contact was with Danial who listened as I explained everything I wanted in my website. Now we have almost got the website we always wanted. Just a few tweeks and we will be there. Recently moved our Cricket Club Website to Shopblocks after seeing their on line promotion video.

Ellis at Shopblocks provided me with a brilliant video explaining taking me through a process to change something on my website. But he's not the only helpful person there. Over the past year I only have good things to say about them. They respond quickly and are really helpful.

Have my small shop online with Shopblocks selling candles. Had never had a website set up before so was nervous at first, however now really happy with final outcome.

Moved my online shop to Shop Blocks earlier this year and have not looked back - sales up 50% and basket conversion up over 75%. Absolutely thrilled and would not hesitate to recommend this great british company.

I took the onboard service option so worked with the designers to set up the new shop, they did all the clever stuff, I just gave my opinions! :-)
