I am extremely satisfied with the professional support and the level of skills I was provided by Adam and the team at Shopblocks. They have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and patience since I commenced the project earlier this year, providing me with a website overhaul and fresh new design. They were able to interpret my ideas very clearly, match and excel my direct competitors websites and provide me with 1-1 support and regular updates weekly. I couldn't recommend Shopblocks more highly and be more thankful to Adam for his fantastic work and support throughout.

So I was a Mr Site customer, dumped with no notice after 10 years in the middle of the first lockdown this year. After an initial melt down a quick Google led me to Shop Blocks who were trying to salvage the dumped sites. They were swamped, but they made time for me and somehow salvaged and began to develop the site, which had been totally ineffectual for quite some time with my old system. Used to selling face to face obviously this year I needed more but I also wanted to create something that stood out, more of the bespoke rather than the off the peg experience. I do feel that this is what I now have. I have so much to learn about shop blocks system, there is so much potential there, and I know I can take the site to a whole other level with time. But right now I don't have time, my sales are keeping me too busy! And with another lock down kicking in I only expect this to increase. My customers are not all tech savy, many not used to buying online but they are doing it and feedback on the site look and most importantly customer experience is very very good indeed. If I have an issue I try to sort it myself, but if I can't I email the support team and always one of them comes back to me on the same day. If I need to talk something through I can just call. During the build personalised video tutorials were absolutely fantastic, and they gave me just a glimpse of what this system can do. Really looking forward to exploring and developing it more, when I have the time....which is hopefully not for a while yet 😀. In the meantime the support team are there if you need them. Could not recommend them more.

I have 2 phone calls from this company to let me know they have designed a new web site for me...it was identical to the one I have, told them to go away and I will go elsewhere but they still keep taking my money every month. Waiting for a refund!!!!!!

Our new website went live yesterday. Had a really positive experience with all at Shopblocks. Very helpful and I’m so pleased with the site. I have also got on really well with making design changes myself as I like the shopblocks system. Thanks very much!

Shopblocks...came to our rescue!
After having spent a significant time with another provider trying to bring our project to market without success we were introduced to Shopblocks.
In summary its simple
- a cost effective solution.
- no hidden financial surprises.
- you can actually talk to someone who you get to know (not a call centre!) as you work through the project process.
- they assist or fulfil the design function. However, blocklab is simple to use so in a short space of time you can do it yourself when you have that light bulb moment at 2 a.m.
- where there's a will there's a way. They will work tirelessly to find a solution.
A big thanks to the Shopblocks "team". It's been a pleasure!

SHOPBLOCKS DO NOT PAY THEIR AFFILIATE REFERRALS

If you are an affiliate or build websites, do not refer your clients to Shopblocks. They promise you up to £500 for referring clients to them, yet when it comes to actually paying you, they WILL weasel out of it.

They have scammed me out of £500 and stolen a client from me.
Pair this with the terrible, rude and just awful customer service (which seems to be the general consensus from the internet), they are a business that you need to stay away from.

You are much better off taking your client's work to their major competitors and actually getting the money promised to you.

Also be prepared for patronising responses on sites like this... “referral you claim to have made”.... I think you’ll find Jake that your team were copied in on the entire email string showing the referral.

Yup... be prepared for rude and patronising customer service people. Seems to be a common thread amongst public reviews!

Joined Shopblocks last month (moved from BigCommerce). Been wanting to upgrade my online shop for ages but have never found a service that could migrate everything until now. Shopblocks done a fantastic job, made the move as seamless as possible. Can not recommend them enough. Sales conversion has already increased as well. :-)

I'm in the process of gradually rebuilding my website through Shopblocks. They are good at supporting a client all the way through the process and in a friendly manner. I have noted that when a complaint is posted online someone from the company usually takes the trouble to respond, which is always a positive sign. I still haven't quite overcome problems in justifying text, but admittedly the software is designed more for advertising blurbs than for publishing the text of whole novels/articles, which is what I use it for. My only concern is that the wording of the instructions is a little confusing.

Joined Shopblocks during lockdown and am finding it much better than my last software Shopify. Can call and speak With them with questions. My sales are up a lot since moving. Recommended.

Moved my online shop from Volusion to Shopblocks after Volusion filed for bankruptcy last month. Shopblocks took care of full data transfer and got my new site live really quickly for a very reasonable price. Fantastic service just when we needed help.

Always get a great service from the team at Shopblocks, would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs website.

We have used Shopblocks for nearly 3 years now. We have found them excellent to work with and a breath of fresh air compared to our previous supplier. The technology is great and cutting edge. They have helped us with some bespoke features as well as their standard offering. The customer helpline on both e-mail and phone are very helpful, with issues resolved quickly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Bought online, goods were not right, no reply from seller contacted shopblocks, went on live chat, 45 min later still no response, so e mailed them still waiting reply, not very good service is it?

I am aware you did the payment, but yours is the only contact I got, and can not get a reply from you.
I can get no reply from the store, theironmongers, attempt at your online chat was on 22nd July, where you asked and got my e mail so you could contact me. Clearly I cannot post here my personal details order was 4801

ive lost hundreds of customers since moving to shopblocks off my old website. Payments dont work and whole system goes down regularly and theres no help to fix it, avoid shopblocks

I have 2 ecommerce sites from shoblocks, went with them after a major disaster with my last host. They have been absolutely brilliant. Customer service is excellent, if I do run into a problem, its normally of my own making and fixed very quickly. When setting up the sites, I needed lots of help. It was always there and nothing was too much trouble. I have had zero downtime in 4 years and never had a problem accessing my control panel. Price is competitive and everything works.

Keep spamming me I really do not need your self hosted rented website. People don't you realize they are self-hosted meaning its never going to be your website it is like renting a space on eBay that's what you will get is a rented space, me I like to own my website I mean you wouldn't see amazon renting from them get your own websites from Magento or WordPress have a professional website that's yours not renting it
