No Return or Exchange for…

No Return or Exchange for Singapore-based shoppers. AVOID if you are based in Singapore.

Unusual and specific non-return policy for Singapore-based purchase and no mention of this on any of the checkout processes. Info hidden on return policy page.

Unreasonable for this shop to reject Singapore-based return or exchange when such unusual and specific return policy is in place for shopper from Singapore and not explicitly mention on any of the checkout processes or webpages / screens.

Bad stuff!

Stay away! Very disappointed with these Bottoms Lab pants. Material is thick and prone to attract dust and dirt, making them look sloppy from the first wear. Will not buy again from this brand.

Woeful fit and construction

Re Advanced Chino

Woeful fit and construction.

It’s almost like the below the knee fit is sewn together with a completely different size above the knee. The result is a baggy look around the quads that look nothing like the website imagery.

Even the button hole was frayed upon arrival.

Only thing I will say was shipping is fast.

Appalling Customer Service
I purchased 2 poloshirts on line, paying by PayPal. I realised that I was entitled to a free one under a "3 for 2" offer and emailed the Company, explaining that as I transistioned between the websites to order, then pay, then return, I did not get the opportunity to add the free polo shirt. The reply I got from. "Customer Service" was basically bad luck, we will not amend your just placed order, our systems won't allow it etc. What a crock. This is appalling treatment of a Customer and - dare I say it - just an outright lie. Surely in these days, it is a simple matter to bring up a Customer's Order and with the right privileges, amend it to include an entitlement. Just be careful if you buy from them. I don't think I will bother again.

Incredible!

Without a doubt the most comfortable work pants I have ever worn.

I'm always sceptical when purchasing online without trying on but their size guide was spot on, they fit like they were tailored for me.

Would 100% buy again!

Shady or incompetent

I bought a three pack of shorts plus 4 other items. I’ve waited over a month for any shipping updates. Finally I got an email saying that everything I ordered and paid for is sold out. How can you sell me something and then not actually give it to me???

Zoey is brilliant with her customer satisfaction—an excellent team to deal with.
I had an issue with one of their products, and it was handled so well. We do understand hiccups can take place, but their response was fabulous.

Returns claim is a lie - avoid this company.

Their claim “Shop worry-free with our 30-day easy return policy within Australia” is a lie.

I purchased two pairs of pants in the same size, one was WAY smaller than the other.

On attempting to submit a return, I was told that they cannot be returned, as they are a "clearance" item.

There is nothing visible on the page where the item is sold to suggest they are not eligible for returns, plus the fact they they are WAY smaller than they are labelled means that they are FAULTY and should be able to be returned under Australian Consumer Law.

I have asked them again for a refund based on the above, but will likely have to submit a credit card chargeback.

I urge people not to allow dishonest sellers to profit from scamming shoppers.

Great Customer Service

I really enjoy my new stretchy jeans but that's only the short of it. I encountered some shipping issues, no fault of the company, and the company stepped up and offered me a replacement pair. That's customer service!
I found my original shipment so the replacement pair wasn't necessary. The fact that they were willing to ship me a new pair at no cost to me is 'gold'.

Excellent, can't fault

Really good company. I find their shorts extremely comfortable and a great price even with shipping to the UK. They take a week to arrive generally but worth the wait. Had an issue with one pair arriving the wrong size and I found their customer service team were incredibly efficient and polite in sorting the issue without delay. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware.
Apart from the fact these jeans are impossibly cut to fit anything other than a mannequin the process of trying to return is fraudulent. By simply TRYING the jeans on the ability to return was voided.
Ordinary product and horrible customer service. Avoid.

Great value

I really like these shorts, Shorter tapered clean modern look and the rear pocket has a pocket in the pocket for securing a wallet and then having your phone avail. quickly. There is a tie in case sizing is slightly off.

no local returns locations so postage is super expensive

It's not obvious that the return have to be sent abroad (from UK). So it's very expensive, in my case it was £25 to the USA!
