i remember ordering two years ago...

i remember ordering from this gal; I ordered end of July for an early birthday gift to myself and an anniversary gift.

I emailed several times. I finally heard back in OCTOBER. Her response was as follows:
"Hello!
I am so sorry we haven't gotten back sooner. I am not sure if you have seen but we had updated on Instagram that our embroidery machine was not working for about 2 weeks and this delayed some embroidery orders. I actually had your package out today and truly apologize at the inconvenience."

Hmm. Let's debunk this.
1. I ordered in July. Any issues with the embroidery machine in September were, respectfully, not my issues as the quoted time for items were 4-6 weeks at the time of my order.
2. I did not order a single embroidered items. Only printed shirts.
3. Magically, my package was ready to be shipped AFTER I filed a charge back.

Cute items, okay quality, and a terrible customer experience as the owner clearly does not know what to do when she has a high influx of orders.

Horrible customer service and lack of delivery

Same experience as many others! I placed an order 11/4/25, was told 4-8 weeks for delivery. I have emailed 3 times and never gotten a response. I have disputed the charges with my credit card as I do not anticipate seeing this order. I also received a message saying a shipping label was created but have yet to see these products out for deliver and that label was created over 6 weeks ago!

a scam-ish !

i received an order from them before back in 2022 with no issue but as they've gotten popular , this comes with issues... i placed an order back in october and have yet to get my order ! their ig page deletes comments regarding help with their order for many others as well.

**january 14,2026 - my order finally arrived & came in pretty fair condition but still their lack of customer service & updates are very rough. dont count on your order arriving timely

I should have read the reviews beforehand but the site looked legit and someone I know received their order, so I got one too. Have not received it. I reached out through multiple platforms and got ignored everywhere. Don’t waste your money!

Huge Scam

I ordered a shirt the middle of June, and waited approximately 5 weeks before reaching out. I got no responses after sending 4+ emails and had to harass them in their Instagram posts to respond to me. I still never recieved my shirt. Do not order.

Item arrived after 4 months and once i requested charge back

I placed an order for one of Ember's thunderbolts tees in June 2025. Fast forward a month later and i received no tracking info so i emailed her. After no response I Dm'd her instagram and tik tok as did not want to go down the tik tok comment route. It is now August 2025 and ive had no response and the websites tracker is still saying my order has not been fulfilled l. Really considering contacting my bank to have the money returned to me if they dont not respond by the end of August as im now really concerned following the reviews and comments i have been seeing. I really wanted to buy from this shop for a while so I highly regret that I went now after this experience.

Update 9/9/25: the item arrived after 4 months and only after my bank issued a chargeback was the item shipped. I cancelled the charge back to be fair. The baby tee is so thin its almost mostly sheer and see through. Wouldve expected a slightly thicker material for how much it cost and there was a stain on the shirt.

Not much more i can do. I wish this shop would consider improving communications and maybe limiting orders to cope with delays as they are constantly pushing new products but im seeing more and more complaints from people waiting longer than me for their orders

Dont shop here. scammers

I ordered on may 9th, gave them th3 processing time stated and a shipping label was made for my items but ember cases never sent them even now when I check which its July 5th at the time of this review, the items have been at the same place since may 30th. Its way past the 4 weeks turn around time from may 9th. Do not waste your money find a reputable etsy seller instead. They are scammers and make sure you get your money back. I was especially pissed off when I saw they got a brand new iPad mini on a tiktok video.

Don’t order

The seller also doesn’t respond to mails, deletes negative comments on social media and doesn’t react to the first instance of PayPal refund while at the same time they keep posting stuff all over their social media platforms. Don’t buy, safe yourself the headache.

Do not order from here!

Placed an order on 12/26 and now it’s been more than a month. Sent an email a week and a half ago, no response. I just got a DM from them today asking for my order number since I commented on two of their insta posts, so we will see if I eventually get it.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I have been emailing them for upwards of a month. They took my money, didn't send me anything and won't respond to emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE. TURN AROUND AND RUN

(Feb. 2025) Update: still nothing. I'm still emailing them and no responses. I have reported them to every site I can, trying to get their attention.

Scam!

I placed two orders last summer/fall and it went fine, I guess. One of the items a little messed up - an embroidered sweater that wasn't stitched while flat, so the sweater crumples up if that makes sense. I didn't think too much on it because I figured it was a real human making the item, imperfections are to be expected, and the other item was fine.

I placed another order around Black Friday 2023 and actually recommended my mom order, too, for a gift. Neither one of us received our orders despite waiting the allowed time periods. I tried multiple ways to contact the seller - email, via website, instagram, TikTok even. I'd get a reply to give the appearance of "fixing" the issue but nothing would ever come of it. I finally have to get PayPal involved who thankfully got me (and my mother's) money back. I left a comment warning others only to discover ALL my comments were hidden. This shop is a scam. If I could comment on their social media, I would, but they just delete or hide everything!

Sad and disappointed

Sad and disappointed. I placed in order back in May of 2023, having previously ordered from this shop and having great experiences. Sadly this one was not. I ordered several items, including an embroidered sweatshirt that I was super excited about, to only receive one very misprinted item in my entire order. I waited the recommended wait period for the items and reached out through multiple avenues ( Instagram, shop chat, email) and didn't hear back until one day in February I replied to an Instagram story and finally got a message back. The shop owner stated her apologies and got my order info to make the order right, now several more months later and nothing. It's incredibly disappointing and after reading the other reviews apparently quite common. Stealing from customers who support you and might have multiple times is very disingenuous and I hope they stop doing it. People work hard for their money and don't make purchases lightly these days.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

UK customer - Purchased on the 10th June 2024, I sent an email after as I wasn’t sure if I had paid the customs & duties as it wasn’t showing on the order confirmation but checkout said it would be included - no response.

I then saw the owner had posted a life update and said they would be shipping out orders so I gave it time.

I received a shipping email on the 29/06 but up until now it’s on Pre-shipment (label has been created but nothing has been shipped)

The owner is now posting about new sales and designs yet I still haven’t receive a response to my email or update on my order.

I will now be disputing this with my bank as it seems I won’t be getting what I paid for.

It really is a shame, I really loved the King George t-shirt I purchased.

Owner needs to communicate with their paying customers instead of trying to go more “viral”.

If you email and DM but receive no response, Try commenting on their post - she will tell you to just wait then delete the comment.

have not received order

Ordered on April 29, it is 2 months later and I have not received my package and my tracking still says "pre-shipment". The shop owner continues to post on Instagram about finishing school, not having time, etc but it is definitely frustrating at this point.. They announced new products on their shop and a 20% off sale, while finishing school, and while not fulfilling orders so many people are left waiting for months or have not received their orders at all. very frustrating.

No communication and no order received

I placed an order for 5 items on March 17th and received 2 items within two weeks. It's now June 26th and over 3 months later, I've yet to receive any communication or updates regarding the rest of my order. I've used every means of communication multiple times, including email, website chat service, Instagram messaging, and commenting publicly, and I've received no help or response. The last straw for me was that my most recent comments on Instagram along with three other customers commenting similar complaints were all deleted from her most recent post. She is hiding the negative feedback. I'm now requesting assistance from my bank because she has never responded to any of my order inquiries or provided assistance. I will never be purchasing from this business again due to the lack of communication. A business needs to communicate with its customers. I would even be understanding of the long processing time if I had at least gotten a response or update for my order, but I've received no response these past few months. I love to support small businesses but this has really made my perspective change. I will be doing more research on small businesses before purchasing from them in the future. Don't waste your money or time.

DO NOT BUY

Ordered in February. Didn't hear anything after the 8 weeks processing time. Gave it another few weeks and messages there system online. They did not reply. Tried emailing them directly. They did not reply. Posted on multiple tiktoks and apparently they directly messaged me which I did not get. Tried to talk to them on Instagram instead but again they did not reply. Had to refund my email through PayPal instead. Do not waste your money.

Poor customer service

Similar to other reviews, ordered an item and still waiting on it for three months. No response from the owner.

Terrible Customer Service

Same experience as a lot of other people. Ordered it and was told it’d be up to an 8 week processing time. It’s now been 12 weeks and I’ve emailed twice, messaged on IG and also used the help section on the website but have heard nothing back. Haven’t gotten any shipping notification, and the help function on the website said it’s still waiting fulfillment. What’s really bothering me is that they keep posting on IG about their black friday sale and new releases and stuff, but my Halloween sweatshirt hasn’t even been processed yet? I’m just very frustrated, especially considering it was a $55 dollar sweatshirt.
