Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they did not ship my item. They were constantly unhelpful on the phone and never replied to my emails.
Constantly lied about shipping my goods and were never able to provide a tracking number for my parcel or a shipping confirmation.

Brilliant products and excellent customer service.
I ordered 10 bags of sherbet lemons and although they were 200g, each bag was only 192g of sweets and 8g wrapper weight. When my parcel arrived which was superbly and very carefully packaged, they added an extra bag of sweets to make up for the weight of the wrappers-I did not even consider that issue!!!!!! I will definitely keep up to date with the newsletter and recommend them to all my family and friends.

After placing my order on 14 06 15 a problem occurred where my parcel was lost by the courier, after contacting customer services my problem was very guickly and professionally resolved I was immediately refunded my money, and sent a complimentary gift with a very genuine apology, given the way my complaint was handled I will DEFINITELY use shopfromapound again.

We dispatch all orders received within 48 hours and your order was dispatched to you on 15th June 2015, 12:55 pm. As we have not heard from you until now we therefore took it that the couriers have done their job and delivered the order to you. We do advise on our delivery information page that delivery is usually 5-7 days from date of dispatch
I have passed the information on to our dispatch department who will investigate the situation with the couriers and report back to you by Monday morning.
Unfortunately we have to rely on the couriers when orders are dispatched and on occasions they fail to meet the high standards we as a company work to but please be assured that we will investigate this.

really great service and value
Ordered glue that had run out of stock in my local supermarket, thought I had ordered the same product at the same price,when it arrived it was about three times the size of the tube in the supermarket I use a lot of this for crafting so I immediately ordered more. Fast delivery great service, when I need something I look here first now.

Love this store. Really good range of products, found some products that I couldn't find at my local Poundland. I made a shipping mistake while ordering but customer service were quick to contact me and sort it out and even delivered my order free of charge.
