I was advised that the goods ordered from them, via Tesco Marketplace, had been despatched on the 18th Nov 2025 and supposedly delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday 22 Nov 2025.
Nothing delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday 22nd or subsequently. As advised by Royal Mail attempts were made by me to contact Shop Inc Ltd. by telephone only to be asked by robot each time to leave a message. This was done and I have yet to receive a response.
I was eventually contacted by ShopInc who offered to replace the stray items. However the goods arrived almost a week late. Now uypgraded to 3 stars, Telepnone robot service still poor.

I was impressed and touched that this company gave personal attention to the order I had put in, which needed revising. They went out of their way to be helpful. I will add: they have a huge variety of products, including a good collection of sale items.

The item I bought was shown on the website page as costing 55p, but after clicking through the check out and purchase pages the final cost was £6.65, this included £4.99 shipping and £1.11 VAT.

The item arrived in a standard jiffy post bag, no bubble wrapping or special delivery.

The item it's self was of very poor quality, rough finishing, with one part deformed and cracked.
