Great service and easy to get in touch with the team. Was happy with the fit of the piece, I had asked for without sleeves but it came with them on, but easy enough for me to cut off myself. The Lehenga itself wasn’t as flared on the skirt as was pictured on the website, I thought there would be more fabric to flare out more at the bottom. Dispatch to delivery was very quick even though it was coming from India, and they delivered by the date I needed. Overall I was happy, maybe I needed to order a different style to get the look I wanted.

I received good customer contact when purchasing my item and it arrived quickly. I did have a little delay in contact with returning and refunding, however this was dealt with efficiently once I made further contact. All has been a good experience.

I don’t even want to give one star. I have ordered a saree on 13th Oct and it said the delivery would be on 25th October . The order has not arrived . No option to track the order . WhatsApp call not being answered even though the message is read . Customer care number is not working. Absolute fake account. No response to mail hey . How to even contacts such fraud companies? Can some one help . I am going to report it.
