Sandals ordered never came…

I ordered sandals and never got shipping information. When I emailed the company they replied that I was on day 5 of a 2 to 5 day expected delivery. They told me to wait and get back to them at the beginning of the next week if sandals still hadn’t arrived. I did this and they said they would check it out. Package still did not arrive and they promised me a replacement as my package got lost between France and Ireland they said. Package never came and now I have no correspondence from the company. I’m very disappointed with this service
