When you choose to pay with an invoice, we can not draw money in any way, you need to make a payment through your bank.

Your order is from May of 2022 and it is still not paid, in January of 2026. We sent the matter to a pay debt collector after several emails to you in September of 2022. They have sent you invoices as well and offered payment plans but you have not been in touch with them either.

Not once have you contacted us since you made an order. Your order was for a Iris Hantverk Toiletbørste which we would have happily told you if you had reached out to us.

Since I didnt received a notification from them that my parcel arrived they almost took my money that I paid and they keep telling me they did tf😂 this store is really money sucker so I wont every buy again this store. I paid 350kr and they refund me for only 129 🤣 I hope this store will be ban in Denmark 🇩🇰 And they only refund me for almost 1 month. And lets say I received an email or notification I dont think u will get that big amount from ur customers order 👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Replied to me with an obvious 'auto-answer' in Swedish, even though I had written in English. Did this several times in a row which was clearly an attempt to try and get me to give asking my question. I tried to cancel an order a few hours after placing it only to be told this wasn't possible as my order had already been packed - even though this wasn't visible to me anywhere, I just had to take their word for it.

REAL THEIVES!

This is a company YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH!
Bought some health products for 280 kr and missed the invoice as it ended up in my junk mail.
When I received a physical invoice they had added interest upon interest, making the invoice twice the original sum! I paid the original invoice with an additional 60 kr and after a lot of writing back and forth with their very impolite customer service thought that the matter was then resolved. Today I receive a new invoice for 548 kr which was interest, upon interest angain + a new late payment fee for the invoice that had already been paid!!! This business should be taken to court as they are real thieves!

We typically send all invoices via email, but in January you also received a paper copy alongside the items when the parcel was delivered. The due date for the invoice was January 25th, however, the payment was made on March 8th without incurring a reminder fee. Despite multiple reminders being sent during this period, including notifications about additional fees, the outstanding amounts have not been settled.

It is important to note that failure to pay these costs will result in further charges being applied. Since January, there have been a total of four reminder fees issued for various invoices, which is standard protocol in such situations. Additionally, there are account fees in place, regardless of the initial invoice amount, whether it was 300 SEK or 10,000 SEK.

Should you require any clarification or assistance regarding these matters, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Incapable and unwilling to find common ground

In my recent encounter with Shopping4net's customer service, I felt like I was speaking with a machiavellian narcissist.

Despite having experienced a technical issue during checkout, resulting in duplicate orders, the company's response lacked empathy and understanding. Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, they insisted on charging for a return label and refused outright to accept any fault with their sales process and systems and rejected my account of what happened. They outright blamed me instead of even offering any compromise to the problem.

This rigid stance, coupled with deflective responses, simply showcased a lack of accountability and customer-centricity.

It's disappointing when a company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. As a result, I strongly caution others to be wary when considering transactions with Shopping4net.

Buyer beware.

Once again they deflect.

What happened was I verified the first purchase via mobile pay, and I was not redirected afterwards as you would expect, so I refreshed the site.

Now here is where I have a bone to pick with you. You STILL had the items in the cart! There is no ecommerce site that has this behavior. So I concluded the payment process to have failed and repeated the process, and I made this perfectly clear in my dialogue to the service rep. Then the 2nd payment verification FAILED, with the error message stating the payment has already been made.

So here is the summary:

First, Items were still in the cart after the first payment verification. (Seriously, name one other commerce where that is expected behavior a minute after verifying the payment on MP)

Secondly, the second payment method outright failed.

Your customer rep blamed me for not knowing how to handle mobile pay and insinuated that I were an idiot in the last line they wrote to me after I expressed my frustration with his constant deflection.

I don't care one bit what the return label amounted to. I wouldn't pay for a 5kr label. Your sales process is flawed, take responsibility for that.

The replies of your service rep were discraceful and their handling of this issue reprihensible.

Your auto generated response leaves much to be wanting.

You don't give a crap about my issue.

We understand the importance of empathy and understanding when dealing with technical issues and order concerns. It is never our intention to come across as dismissive or unhelpful.
At the same time we appreciate when our customers are contacting us without us being insulted from the get-go. No customer service agent likes being called names, specially in situations they can not do anything about.

In your case, you made 2 orders a few minutes apart and paid both through MobilePay. You were able to see the first order on your profile and even the first payment on your account by that time. The order of under 150DKK was sent as we did not see anything strange about that, it is completely impossible for us to know if you ment to order once or changed your mind and wanted more items. You had a possibility to contact us before the items were sent and cancel the order, but we heard from you first when the items were sent.

We offered to send a return lable for 59DKK. The actual cost of shipping items back and forth to Denmark is a lot higher naturally so there is no profit to be made.
Unfortunately we can not take all the costs in your case, we simply just sent the items that you ordered.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your experience will guide us in making necessary improvements to better serve our customers in the future.

Before you order to this company make…

Before you order to this company make sure you read their "Shipment not collected Terms" you will be charged 199 nok including VAT.
Don't give them your card information because they will deduct it automatically. If you have chosen invoice as the payment method, the invoice will be canceled but they're gonna give you another invoice for not picking up the package.
The way they inform customers with their packages is only with a number. They don't use their own name. So if you ordered several things online it would mixed up with the notifications. Which will seems like it's an extended notifications from one of your orders from another company that uses names. This is their strategy for you not to claim your parcel/package. They make money even you don't get the items that you ordered. Stay away from this company. Order to a legit company who's not hiding their company's name when you receive a notifications on your phone. As a customer you should wondered how they come up with thoss terms, who made it and if it's even legal. Just stay away!

This has never been a problem before but we will look into it.

No, we do not make money by sending these invoices. The actual cost of shipping items back and forth to Norway costs way more than these 199nok so it actually covers just a little bit of the postage fees, packing your order, receiving your order back and dealing with the emails, returns and for example filling the correct information to the customs.

We want nothing more than our parcels to arrive fast and safely to our customers, naturally.

You called first when you got a reminder asking what you have purchased. We informed you about this and the call was very pleasent.

A little while after you called to inform us that you are not willing to pay the reminder fees since you thought we would just draw the money from your account. We informed you that we can not do that, you have never provided us with your credit card information since you chose to pay with an invoice.

You have received 4 invoices through email since your purchase in February, which you admitted not have read before.

We are sorry that you think it is poor customer service when we inform you that you, as any other customer, need to pay the late fees. No one was rude or any way not solution oriented but you had made up your mind not to pay more than the original amount for the items. Both the customer service rep and the manager informed you otherwise and then got called a few unpleasent names.

One of the worst online customer…

One of the worst online customer services I have ever had to deal with.
My payment was received just 2 days after the deadline date because Christmas and the New Year fell during the grace payment time.
I was sent a reminder, to my horror, and the amount totalled more than the item ordered.
Speak to customer services and they were not very helpful in the matter.
Then to add insult to injury, I received another reminder to pay the late payment fee which was paid just a few days ago.
No doubt I will get a snotty reply from the customer services dept, like they have with previous disgruntled customers.
I will never buy from this company again!

You last order was sent on the 1st of June and you received in on the 3rd of June which is pretty standard delivery time from Sweden to Denmark.

When you order late in the evenings, the customer service is not working. The warehouse staff starts their day earlier than customer service and might have packed an order before the customer service sees the cancellation. It is also advisable to write "cancel" on the subject row to get more attention to your email.

You as a customer have the possibility to cancel the order on the web site up untill the order has been packed.

On a swedish site the money is drawn at once when you place the order, not when the items have been sent as they do in Denmark.

You have gotten instructions with the address by email and will get a refund as soon as the return arrives to us.

Big delay and no contact

I did an order on the 9th of August with sending on the expected to the 17th of August. It is the 24th now and when I go to the website, it stated that the order will only be sent on the 31st of August. I am very disappointed with the delay and no contact from the company to inform it. I need it to come before the 3rd of September, but not sure it will arrive in time. Super disappointing and annoying.
