Bad business practice
Ordered over 2 weeks ago after deciding to try a new company. Didn’t ship my order. Emailed and was told it would soon be out but nothing. Now it’s 2 and a half weeks later and they sent me an email asking for £23 more for shipping(after already paying £27). Bare in mind I ordered only 1 dress to test them out.
The money isn’t even the issue but how do you keep a customers order for almost 3 weeks and then ask for more money. It’s just a terrible business practice and unfortunately they’ve lost a lifetime customer.
If you cannot be trusted, professional or reliable please don’t set up a business. Another black owned business I’ve tried that’s let me down. Sigh.
Now battling for a refund with PayPal and just ordered the dress on Fashionova.
