I ordered a ring with express shipping two years ago and they haven't sent the order. I even bought Route protection for my shipment and they said they couldn't help me because NÜR never shipped my order. I reached out via email and Instagram, the founder, Nilo, also responded and said they're a small team and that it would be shipped the same day. I've been ghosted since.

My favorite jewelry brand! I get so many compliments when I wear my NUR jewelry. I never take the necklace off even when I swim and shower and it hasn’t faded or rusted at all. The customer service is amazing and they gave me tips on how to take good care of my jewelry since it’s my first gold-plated collection. I love that I can get timeless staples at a great price and from a reliable source. I recommend the brand to everyone I know!

Ordered a few pieces from this company and loveeee them. The earrings don’t rust in the shower or pool because they are truly gold-plated and have become my daily go-to. The packaging is also adorable, the jewelry duster bag it comes with is great for travel

I bought a necklace and a ring for my first order and loved them both! I was impressed with the quality considering I’ve showered and slept in my necklace multiple times and it didn’t tarnish or anything. So I ordered a few earrings…love them too!
