This company is not trust worthy

This company is not trust worthy! Bought two wave lamps on 30/08/23 - I contacted them to enquire about tracking which was unavailable, they emailed back on 06/09/23 telling me they’ve ran out of stock & will initiate a full refund with 14 days. After many emails, enquiring where my refund is, they stopped replying on 22/09/23 & I still have NO REFUND! Have had to contact my bank to initiate a dispute. Avoid at all costs! Updated info: after admitting they have no stock & will be refunding my money, they have now lied to my bank to claim they have delivered my order!! Committing fraud, found out they are based in India (high scam country)! AVOID! AVOID!
