Brilliant initially but not when I needed to follow up a pair of sliders that fell apart after a couple of times of wearing
Brilliant! Great company - ordered some things for my husband and our son for their trip interrailing in Europe - lovely things and great quality. Arrived quickly and great price
Update- the Quik Silver sliders we ordered fell apart after a couple of short times of wearing in Budapest. My husband has a backpack with limited space, so these went in the bin. He took a photo and when I followed this up, customer services were awful. Such a shame - we spent nearly £400 over a couple of orders with this company, but their response was dismissive and said they needed to ‘inspect’ them. Given the lack of trust there with me when I should be a valued customer, I would not order anything from here again. Changed from 5 stars to 1. Good customer service is not difficult. Life is too short to argue, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Thanks for updating your review, and we're genuinely sorry you're disappointed.
The difficulty wasn't that we didn't believe you or didn't value your custom. The problem is that once the sliders had been thrown away before we were contacted, we no longer had any way of inspecting them or returning them to Quiksilver if they turned out to be faulty.
We completely understand that your husband was travelling with limited luggage, but without the product there's unfortunately no way for us to verify what happened or process a warranty claim. We'd have been in exactly the same position regardless of how much had been spent with us.
We know that's frustrating, and we're sorry we couldn't give you the outcome you were hoping for. We do appreciate the orders you've placed with us and genuinely wish things had worked out differently.
