Shoreline was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of small issues were brought to their attention and were taken care of promptly.

The house was large and had everything we needed, but it was a bit tired. Some paint and a deep cleaning would go a long way. The minute we got there we washed the comforter and removed your pillows. I never walked barefoot on the carpet. It appeared the top floor was remodeled sometime sooner than the rest of the house; it was much nicer. The outside shower rooms were awful. I hosed off outside of those. The grill did not work so that was disappointing as well. The widows walk was a nice surprise. For the price, the house was acceptable and the fact we could bring the dog a plus!

I rented a large beach house from Shoreline OBX in July 2018. My rental was a week after they received a massive amount of rain in the area. The house was perfect, no water, no sand, no issues at all. The office staff were friendly and helpful despite undoubtedly coming off a stressful week. I would definitely rent from them again and have no reservations about recommending Shoreline OBX to friends and family.

We had lots of issues with our beach house we contacted them three days too late so therefore they fixed it for the new arrivals and did nothing for us whoever inspects the property does a poor job a house you pay $4,200 for was really worth 28 if it was lucky

In the past, I have used several OBX vacation rental agencies. Based on this experience, I consider Shoreline OBX the BEST! Their online rental agreement process, web site info/design, LOGIN, and helpful get-ready emails were just great. Highly recommended. Will use them again.

Shoreline has a wonderful staff to work with for rentals. The only negative is I feel my condo is often not clean and rental ready. I feel the cleaning staff spends more time making beds and not doing a proper cleaning of the my condo.

The house we rented was beyond filthy when we arrived. Shoreline should inspect what they expect from the cleaning service. They offered no refund of any monies paid. They sent out a couple people to look at the filth and the 30 pictures I took, but offered no remedy.

Responded to another survey also sent a separate email. No responses.

We were desperate to reschedule our vacation after our usual place was closed due to Hurricane Florence. After theee days of searching all up and down the eastern seaboard, we found this place through VRBO.
The management company couldn’t have been better! The house was awesome, price was great! It was clean and roomy and allowed my dog!! They also offered a reduced rate for beach equipment rentals which were so helpful!

I love shoreline. Their locations are always clean and beautiful. I have used them for at least 3 vacation rentals and have never been disapointed.

House was great but rental company doesn’t respond to calls. Rental company doesn’t oversee the cleaning of the property or address the many poor comments left about the cleanliness of the home.
