great location, clean property!

excellent choice, everything in good shape, outside shower needs attention but we were there in November so not an issue

Shoreline OBX Rentals were extremely helpful when we booked our vacation. We used them in the off season but any problems with our rental were addressed immediately. They were courteous and friendly. I would use them again without hesitation.

Great place. The house is neat and clean. Perfect for 2 families with kids. We traveled with a 3 y.o, and we found plenty of toys/puzzles for him in the kid’s room. Even though it wasn’t a swimming season, we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the beach, fishing, the views. And the hot tub. Will definitely be returning.

Our house was very nice and well equipped. The washer and dryer were very big and convenient because there was such a big group of us. Everything was clean and orderly. It was a great experience!

we were so happy with Shoreline OBX, we mistakenly made reservations with Home away. We have always used Shoreline OBX. They were so accommodating.. appreciate them.. the house was awesome

Folks at shoreline realty were very kind and helpful. I would give them a 5 star rating but cannot due to the shape the house was in that we rented. I am not totally blaming them but do think the house should have been inspected alot more thouroughly. Other than the house dealing with them was nothing short of great.

The Sands is located in a great location. The house is full of important things like a fenced in yard for the dog, a fenced in pool for the people and a elevator to get your stuff from the bottom floor to the top. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and the rooms are nicely laid out. The staff is helpful and attentive, We will be back!

The Shoreline staff was fantastic and very helpful. We rented Anglers Inn, the house was clean, and well appointed. We definitely would rent from Shoreline again. Thank you to everyone at Shoreline.

The so called ocean view was a cruel joke. You can barely see any ocean from the top deck and it is too far to see from any other level. That house was nice inside, the outside looked a mess,

House is in terrible disrepair....not due to realtor but owner neglect. This house is NOT up to the usual standards of Shoreline homes. Only good point was the view from 2 bedrooms...but that was compromised by cloudy double pane windows you couldn't see out of and no screen on 1 sliding door.

We used ShorelineOBX to rent a beach house in Corolla. We checked in about 2 weeks after the recent hurricane. Upon arrival we noticed we couldn't get the TV in the main room to turn on. Within 24 hours we noticed that none of the TV's in the unit work (the main TV was completed dead and other TV's worked but there was no cable). We also noticed we had no wifi. We're a family of 5 and while the kids missed the TV and cable, they made the most of it. I also needed to stay connected with work and couldn't do so due to no wifi. We contacted maintanence several times but all they could do was eventually replace the TV in the main room so we could at least watch DVD's. On account of these issues, we left our trip early (stayed 5 days out of 7). On the 5th day, there was still no wifi or cable. The owners gave us a lousy $200 credit for these issues. In my opinion, i would have preferred Shoreline made our calls and concerns more of a priority. They could have easily moved us to another unit by Day 2! Additionally, all of this could have been avoided if someone would have checked the unit prior to us checking in to ensure it was in working order. We certainly didn't get what we paid for and will not book through Shoreline again.

Our stay at cladach cottage was absolutely amazing. The shoreline obx staff were wonderful and very helpful . The house was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. We were VERY close to the ocean and could see the lighthouse from the kitchen window. There was more than enough room for all of us ( 8 adults and 5 small children) I would high recommend staying at the “cottage” and be prepared to be wowed!

Not responsive when I requested a refund for a propane refill and some pots I needed to buy because th rentals were ruined.

We stayed at one of ShorelineOBXs' pet friendly rental properties in September. Upon arrival, the house was in poor condition. There were pee stains all over the carpets (which smelled badly), the mattress protectors had brown stains, the mattress itself had a giant pee spot on it that any cleaning company would see, the shower curtains were covered in mold, the mats in the bathroom were literally stuck to the bathroom floor from grim, and a toilet was broken. Additionally, we selected this property due to the number of things to do- fusball, air hockey, a pool table, ski ball, darts etc as we were traveling with kids that would not be able to be at the beach all day. The fusball table, air hockey table, dart board, and pool cues were all broken. Although none of the damage at our house was hurricane related, I do want to mention that a hurricane had just come through literally days before our arrival, and there were houses (besides ours) that sustained considerable damage. The rental company quickly sent out their cleaning manager (who said the state of the house was unacceptable), a carpet cleaning crew, and the maintenance team to fix some of the issues. While this was greatly appreciated, it made us wonder why the cleaning crew hadn't taken care of this before, and why the carpets were left in such a bad state. The condition did not arise from the previous renter who maybe had to leave quickly due to the evacuation, but had clearly been there for a long time. Additionally, when we go on vacation, we do not want to spend time on the phone trying to get all these different people to come out. I would not stay with Shoreline again. I would probably have left two stars, but giving three because the staff at Shoreline were very responsive.

The outdoor spaces were filthy. Over flowing garbage in the outdoor kitchen space. Garbage and debris all over the pool deck and out door patio. Piles of roof shingles all over the patio area. the outdoor fridge did not work and had moldy, spoiled food in it. I shouldn't have to come to a vacation house and clean it up before I can start enjoying it. Not acceptable.

Great house. Had everything you need for cooking (slow cooker, utensils and dishes). Everything was clearly labeled. Rooms were nice and clean. Elevator was helpful to bring stuff from the first floor upstairs. Easy quick walk to the beach. Even had pool toys and beach toys and chairs.

Only issue I had was we were allowed to check in early which was great so we could put our son down for a nap. The property site sent some people to check on the cleaners progress and they just came into the house unannounced and went through every room opening and banging drawers and closets. It woke up my son. I only knew they were with the company by their shirts since they didn’t introduce themselves. Sort of weird.
