Cocoon stepped up when I was let down by another short term vehicle leasing company. I need to lease a new car for a new job within 2 weeks. Having contacted Rebecca at Cocoon and also raising the initial enquiry through WhatsApp they not only sourced the car I wanted but also managed to go from enquiry, through application and to delivery in 7 days. Outstanding service, Rebecca also got my case through their underwriting process within 8 hours.

They made the complicated process easy with consistent and *immediate* guidance, supplied extremely reasonable insurance options, were friendly and understanding when I needed explanation. Can't recommend them highly enough! I did a lot of comparisons with other leasing companies, they were the best for cost, ease of process, and flexibility - so save yourself some time and go for it!

They even resolved an issue promptly (which wasn’t their fault as the vehicle I was having was faulty on the day it was meant to be delivered), and they arranged for a like for like replacement to be provided on the same day. I had a very good experience with Cocoon from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, clear and professional, and the team were always helpful whenever I needed support.

Rebecca and Rhys were especially great to deal with — friendly, responsive and very understanding throughout the rental and return process. Even when I had to return the vehicle earlier than planned due to personal circumstances, they handled everything professionally and made the process much easier.

The car was excellent, the service was reliable, and communication was always clear. I would definitely use Cocoon again in the future and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Found out the car I ordered was goiing to take a lot longer than orginally planned, so needed a short term replacement. This was on the Sunday evening, so sent an email to Cocoon. Got a response first thing Monday and by Thursday my 3 month short term lease Merceses was sat in the drive. You can't get a couch in less than 12 weeks but Rebecca and her team understood the situation and got everythnig, paperwork, sourcing of car, delivery all done in the shortest time.... Amazing, personal service...
