First Class
I recently bought a 13 year old used Nissan Micra from Shotts Motorz, from the outset the customer service was first class with my enquiry being dealt with a great deal of efficiency and professionalism. The staff were very accomodating as I was travelling a fair distance to see the car and was fitting the viewing between an event I was attending over the weekend: They arranged to have the car to be put through it's MOT at short notice for my visit. We asked if they minded putting the car up on the ramp so we could view the underside and they were very happy to do so.
I decided to purchase the car and was able to drive it away that same day.
Since the purchase I have given it a good run and had it checked over by my local mechanic. It is a great little car bought at a good price and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you to Saif who attended to us on our visit who was very friendly and professional.
