You shut the site down with no way to follow up on orders. It's been a month with no updates on a $600.00+ order. Wondering when I should get my bank to stop the payment. I'm sure none of this will matter since you don't handle your own mail order anymore.

Shipping to Canada is absurd
Shipping to Canada is absurd. The cost is far too high. Any savings you’ve made on your purchase is negated by the high shipping cost. The shipping usually ends up being as much as your purchase.

1st package was shipped quickly and arrived quickly. Im still waiting on my 2nd package. But it was right after the switch to Gruv. So I understand it will take a little bit. But loved the shows I was able to get.

Atrocious communication and customer service
I made an order which consisted of multiple titles which came about 3 weeks after I ordered. The issue for me was not the length of time my package took, it was the complete lack of communication and then the tone of the emails that were sent after me trying to follow up with my order. I should have been emailed either when or a few days after I ordered that my package was going to take longer, even though I ordered multiple single titles that came in a timely manner. I emailed shout factory ten days after my order and at that time was informed packages were shipping anywhere from 5-15 days. On the 15th day still with no shipping information I emailed you all again to be told 5-15 days or a refund. That response just absolutely sucked especially after I had already reached out and was told that. You all were going through a website/company change with the website and I was not able to view my orderd items on gruv which was also just bad. All in all this was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with shout.

THREE WEEKS…..IT TOOK OVER THREE WEEKS FOR YOU PEOPLE TO SEND MY STUFF. EMAILS TO YOU WENT UNANSWERED. EVEN HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CARD COMPANY. YOU’RE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES EVER TO DEAL WITH AND THE FACT THAT YOU FINALLY GAVE UP AND ARE ALLOWING AN ACTUAL STORE TO STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IS GOOD NEWS INDEED. GOOD RIDDANCE!
