High Quality

First time shipping from Shout Factory amd I was impressed at the quality, especially from the Friday the 13th collection!!! Lots and lots of extras and the image quality was top notch. Shipping was good, too. Got delivered quickly enough and without any damages. Had a overall good experience with my first time buying from y'all.

Great company

I absolutely love the shout factory. I am a new customer and this was my first purchase and I couldn't be any happier. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely purchase from them again.

Very slow at getting orders out

Very slow at getting orders out, I am still waiting for two of them to ship, after a few weeks. Website no longer exists, so there is NO way to track orders. Terrible experience.
