Great Service

I had to change my booking. It was dealt with that same day and my tickets were delivered the following day. Great service.

Exceptional customer service.

I made an error when booking tickets for myself and a friend. Although tickets should be non refundable or transferable, the agent worked with the theatre on my behalf and made the necessary changes for me. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you again

I would like to say thank you to the staffs - Cameron Lund and especially of Michelle Dunn. Because of their helps for my careless, my friend and I could watch the unforgettable show - The Phantom of Opera in London. I will book the tickets via Cheap Theatre Tickets/Shows in London next time when I will travel in UK again.

Could be made easier

It wasn't the easiest of websites to negotiate. Choosing tickets was difficult as the map wasn't clear.
Needed an extra ticket so ended up phoning through.
High commission on the tickets as well.

Rude response from agent when trying to change dates

No problem with the original ticket booking. However, something unexpected occurred later and we needed to change the date for the show. The lady we spoke to on the phone was unhelpful to the point of being rude. As requested we put our change request in writing. After a time we had heard nothing so we telephoned and again received an unhelpful/rude response. Eventually the date was changed, but after this experience we will never use Shows in London to reserve any more tickets.

Tricked

Had to call to book tickets as I had theatre tokens which can't be done online. Sold tickets at almost double the price than being sold online. Called back to complain and was confronted by a rude and aggressive lady who didn't help at all. Feel like I have been tricked and conned.

not straight forward

It was not an easy process to redeem theatre vouchers. Was passed on to several different phone lines until I was sorted out by a very efficient lady.
After that all went well. I wouldn't give vouchers to anyone as a present because of the hassle it gave me.
