So starting from the beginning. My girlfriend booked a scan to find out the gender of our first baby. So was told the date and time. We got there the shutters were half closed. So we go in and the lady on the reception tells us there's nobody here now to do you scan and that they are closing. Turns out they didn't even book us in on the system. So ended up driving home with no scan and to go back the next day.

It's not like these things are cheap also to be wasting money back and forward on fuel is a little annoying.

So we finally go for the scan done the next day. We buy a Teddy that you can connect Bluetooth to phone that has babies heartbeat in. The Bluetooth wouldn't work and would not connect to phone. The bear was faulty. we got a new bear and it was hideous looked nothing like the original so we wanted it sorting out which the shop did and it is now working.

So we go for another scan I think paid like another £70 to have scan and to get a live video of our baby a once in a lifetime thing. You think thay this would be done right NO!

So they told us the burner for the dvd didn't work and thay we should call back the next day for the dvd and if it didnt they would do another live scan as this is once in a life time thing so we needed the dvd to work. Which we did another 30min round trip. We went to pick up the dvd we asked is it working now? To which we was told yes its working. So we go away happy with a dvd of our baby live on dvd.

So then we have the baby. And we put the dvd in to see the live video. And guess what? Corrupt data it obviously wasnt checked before giving it us or it would be working if they claimed they checked the dvd was working. The dvd did not work on dvd player or pc. So they asked us to bring to the shop. Another wasted trip. To be told the dvd doesn't work which we knew that. So if a burner didn't work and it's a once in a lifetime thing we would expect them to get it right ans to work. We paid for a service that we did not recieve and was offered £6 refund. Really the dvd would hav been nice. If the dvd was checked by them before they gave to us it would have been flagged up it didn't work and we could have redone the scan but they failed to check it worked.

Told them was going to leave a review and they said to us we don't care you can slate us all you want. That is very unprofessional and would use this place again as we didn't get the service we paid for all in all they spoiled a memory tbat should have been special but was a nightmare from start to finish. NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIES FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Not once has a manager spoke to my girlfriend. Even saying in the 3 years of being open have they ever had a problem with the dvd not working. Well you have now and you have delt with it totally the wrong way. You should be ashamed. This is a place that I would not recommend off the experience and the way we have been treated. Even the women in shop raising her voice in front of a shop full of customers. Very unprofessional. We never received any free scan as mentioned in the reply. We paid for everything. And still not had an apology off anyone. Also Wendy was supposed to contact us about the dvd and why is didn't work. But guess what they never. Threatening on social media? I domt think so. The women in the shop spoke to my misus like dirt. Domt mention this do you.

Absolutely fabulous Experience! Show your bump fitted us in on the same day! Sorry I didn’t catch names but from the lady on the reception to the lady that scanned us the service was brilliant! They were so warm & friendly! The shop is beautifully presented, lovely & very clean. We booked for an early gender scan & the lady who scanned us did everything in her power to make sure we went home knowing! We will certainly be back to have another look at our little girl 💗 - Thank you show your bump!

I’ve been to showyourbump now 3 times once for and early scan once for my gender reveal and again for a binding scan. All 3 times I have received amazing service and they have been very patient with my awkward little girl who doesnt appear to like her picture taken. I would 100% recommend to anyone to go there. The staff are always so friendly.

I came here back in May for my Gender reveal scan, all the ladies inside was lovely and so welcoming and helpful! I was really nervous for this scan after having disappointment in the past so was anxious over my scan but they made me feel so at ease, I really would never go anywhere else! I also got my canon from here and it just made my day so special❤️❤️

Staff are so welcoming and lovely, had a lovely homely feel. Had my 4D bonding scan, my little man was feeling a little stubborn and didn’t want to move much. I was advised to go for a little walk and get more sugar down me. Went back to scan and she did her best to get some pictures. I was very happy with the outcome as my baby was snuggling into the placenta, I loved how determined she was to get 4d pictures and didn’t give up. Such a lovely lady and was friendly to chat to.

Going here later on today for my gender scan, this will be my 3rd gender scan here, I would never go anywhere else they are so caring and brilliant at the job they do.

Thankyou to the Ladies at Show your bump! seeing our boy at 31 weeks and hopefully won't be the last. He was super stubborn and grumpy but they did everything they could to get us beautfiul photos 💙

Been to show your bump ever since i fell pregnant with my first in 2015, im now pregnant with my 4th and i wouldnt go anywhere else.
we've had so many scans here early reassurance scans, gender scans and bonding scans with all of our babies and loved every single one.
its such a lovely little place and the staff are so welcoming, would 100% reccomend! we cant wait for our bonding scan in a few weeks time for our 4th and final baby boy💙

Had a bonding scan with my first son and was very pleased with the experience.
I’m pregnant with son #2 and have had 8 week reassurance scan & 15 week gender so far. I’ll be booking in again for around 28 weeks.
From a warm greeting on entering the shop to a lovely personal experience with the sonographer i really do recommend. The staff were lovely with my 3yo when he came to the gender scan and during the scan he was excited and Wendy really engaged him in what we could see. Don’t think I’m having any more babies but I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I did! Really really believe you’ll be glad you book here 🥰🥰 becci hughes

Been here 2 years ago for a reassurance scan gender scan also a bonding scan, all where amazing from the staff to the photos. Currently 21 weeks pregnant and came back again at 8 weeks for a reassurance scan that staff are amazing. ❤️

From start to finish the service was amazing.
Made sure they slotted an appointment in for us, then the full duration of the scan was so in detail and explained ans a lovely experience for us and so reassurancing.
We leave 40 minutes away and would happily drive everytime to yous their services than a closer one near by to ourselves.
