Booked my car for collection @ 3pm on the 17th.Aug.2026 and the driver showed up at 5.10pm! Over two hours late! This compromised the rest of my engagements for the rest of the day! I did initially ask if they could come around 5pm but they said "NO!" because we close @ 3pm daily for ordinary booked appointments, that aren't emergency breakdowns.
