John B was incredibly patient and friendly as I kept changing our requirements, He got the balance of chasing/reminding me absolutely spot on. I work p/t for a small charity so my work hrs can be a bit ad hoc !!

From initially going through the Sales Team and dealing with Tim, negotiating a price and arranging collection of my documents for disposal, the process was extremely smooth. The driver on the day was prompt and helpful as the location of all the boxes had to be accessed at the end of a long alleyway.

What made by experience excellent was David's response to my request. Having had Shreddit fail miserably to do a scheduled pick up on 26th January between 08.00 and 12.00 noon, it had been rescheduled for Monday 2nd Feb between 09.00 and 17.00 but I hadn't had confirmation. David sorted that, confirmed it was happening and suggested I call after 8.30 on Monday to get a more accurate ETA. Excellent work by him.

Very happy with the service we received. I made the enquiry on the website and within around 10 minutes had a phone call requesting more details. The bags were then dispatched quickly and picked up with ease by the driver.
