Great customer service
I had an incorrect product sent to me as part of my order (wrong colour item) and I called the number, got straight through to a really helpful and polite advisor who immediately sent me a new product and said that I could keep the other pair. A really quick and friendly service.

The slippers are great...IF you can actually get them
This rating is purely based on a complete lack of communication and customer service during the ordering process. I have yet to receive a response to any of the 5 emails I have sent them regarding an order placed on 19 November. Extremely disappointed with this non-existent level of customer service.

I work for the NHS and needed some work clogs. I ordered the ‘so called’ leather ones from ShuCentre via eBay and they arrived on 14 th October. I wore them half a dozen times before the ‘leather’ cracked and they looked dreadful. I returned them via eBay return system and obtained proof of posting. Weeks later I still hadn’t had my refund. The tracked package had not been delivered. Other people have similar return experiences-where packages have not been delivered. I would say Do Not purchase from this outlet. I believe the clogs were not leather they were not fit for purpose and they won’t refund my money. AVOID

Until now the worst site to buy from
Until now the worst site to buy from. Bought a pair of Apache work boots from them on the 6th of june on Amazon. Before buying delivery date was shown as 11th of june. As soon as I paid for the item delivery date changed to 15th of june. Paid for the shoes on Saturday , today is Tuesday and it barely left the warehouse. Fake delivery date before buying. You should order now for winter stuff. Maybe get things by Christmas.
