I got waxed for the first time and Halima,the woman who waxed me,was amazing!They’re very professional and considerate by asking if you’re okay and if you need a break or some water if you can’t handle pain that well.Very quick as well :))

I had HIFU and it was quite relaxing. Very little discomfort. Simran explained everything in detail and made me very comfortable. She did a great job. Happy customer.

I paid £300.00 at the Chingford shop with the expectation that a brown age spot would be removed during the first treatment. The treatment was extremely brief—alproximately 20 minutes—and, to date, the age spot remains. I am thoroughly disappointed with the results, which I communicated to the staff, and I demanded a full refund after the first session; my request was denied. During that session, they applied a cleaning product that produced no results. I feel they deceived me and would never recommend their services. They offered an alternative treatment, but I remain dissatisfied. This experience was a complete waste of my money, and I will never return back.

Kim did my eyebrow and upper lip threading and was very thorough, I’m very pleased with the results!

She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease.
I’ve now started PRP alongside my other treatments, and I feel confident I’m in the best hands. Nothing ever feels rushed, and the level of care is outstanding. I would highly recommend Shumalia’s Hammersmith to anyone looking for expert, trustworthy hair treatments.

I have almost completed my pigmentation treatment with Bushra at the Colchester branch, and I can honestly say the results are marvellous. Bushra answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

I would highly recommend this treatment to everyone. Just keep in mind that the process can be a little painful, but the results are absolutely worth it.

I had a hair transplant with them and from the very first consultation all the way through till now, 1 month after procedure they have been excellent. The whole team are helpful, honest and go out of their way for you.
The procedure itself was efficient & professional, the whole team made you feel safe and looked after and explained everything as they went.
I’ve also had great aftercare from Abdul who’s been in regular contact even to the point he provided a video call on Christmas Day to help me and my partner with the hair washing phase.
The price I was quoted I was extremely happy with, the procedure was also excellent and now moving in to the post recovery stage and the hair growth stage i hope it goes just as well.
