I had a Hydrafacial at Shumaila East Ham branch and it was a great experience. The therapist was very talented and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She gave me helpful advice for my skin, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I’m very satisfied with the results, and the service was excellent. The therapist did a wonderful job!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a relaxation facial session with Harpreet, and it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I entered the space, I felt warm welcomed and at ease. Harpreet's calming presence and professionalism instantly put me in a state of relaxation.

Her hands worked magic, and as the session progressed, I found myself sinking deeper into relaxation. At one point, I was so at ease that I believe I was snoring!

I defy anyone to not feel calm and utterly trusted in Harpreet's care. It was a truly soothing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and balanced. I highly recommend a facial sessions to anyone looking to relieve tension and cultivate a sense of peace. You won't regret it!

Brilliant service at Shumaila’s. Was quite sceptical of doing a hair transplant at first, then having a consultation with one of the doctors at the Upminster branch, then had another 2 with other companies I decided to go with Shumaila’s. They gave a lot of email guides to follow prior to the procedure. On the procedure day, at the Colchester branch, I met with the doctor, who gave an initial consultation, asking a few questions and answering any questions or concerns I had. Then going briefly into any do’s and don’ts and then working on the design etc. He was very friendly, well experienced and was calm and patient throughout. During the procedure it was the same doctor along with 2 other technicians, who worked brilliantly to retrieve all my grafts and work on the implantation. They were friendly and very hardworking (unfortunately I forgot their names). Also had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul Najm, who gave an introduction message the day before with all info and detailing what I should and shouldn’t do. Greeted me at the beginning and constantly came to the procedure room throughout to check in on me and answer any questions I had. After a long day of this procedure, Abdul gave a pack of things I need (aftercare) and explained what I need to do. He then checked in everyday to see how I’ve been doing, along with video calls explaining exactly how to do the washes. So, overall the procedure went really well, got more grafts than expected and the aftercare was really good from Abdul. Would definitely recommend!

The receptionist at this clinic was very polite, patient, and persuasive when speaking with me, which convinced me to visit the clinic. Here, I had a private consultation with Anita, and today I’m going to start the treatment for the dark spots on my neck and face.

Amazing experience! My practitioner, Meena, was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during my full-body laser treatment. Highly recommend for anyone considering laser hair removal!
