Non-existent service for an awful product, DO NOT BUY!!
Thought this was supposed to be a great brand, microphone only lasted a few months then started to have problems. Sent it back to be repaired with a lead time of 15 working days for this, however, 17 working days later no microphone and no update. Not amused as I advised I needed microphone urgently. Will definitely not be recommending these products on my podcast, website or social media, I'll be doing the opposite if anybody asks for a recommendation, DO NOT BUY!!!!

Recently, my wireless headphones developed a fault, a few months out of warranty. The best they could offer was a discount on a similar product (the one I purchased has been discounted). The discount... £10 which is nearly what I spent on the shipping to return the faulty item. So many better options out there from both a product and customer service perspective
Purchased the mv7 recently
Purchased the mv7 recently. I decided to do USB rather than XLR. I've spoken to several audio experts and they've all said that you need to get at least a $100 mixer if you do XLR, otherwise it's not worth it. So, I decided to stick with USB. Shure app makes it sound a little better, though it's already great as-is. I would recommend using the app if you have a voice that's a little deeper than average, or higher than average. That will help balance out the differences. Great product, built well.
Return on your own expense…

Called Shure right away and I was assisted nicely. The only problem is I had to return the earphones on my own expenses. I can’t understand how such expensive item came damaged and then the return was on my own expense. So disappointing!
SHURE, please update your return policy and send items to your customers that are not damaged!!!
EATFL1-6 Triple Flange Sleeves resized way too small
EATFL1-6 Triple Flange Sleeves have been resized way too small. We can clearly see the difference in size and the fit now is pitiful giving us so much less seal to the ear. Our listening pleasure is lessened by at least 40% with sound seeping in to ruin what was once the perfect 'listening experience' when wearing earphones.
Awesome customer service and the products
Hi, the customer service of shure.con is great and I did bought the sm58 from them. I bought the sm58 directly from their website call shure.com. 3 times I received open box and the microphone was loose too the bottom part and the grill too, so I contacted shure and then they sent me the 4th replacement and that replacement was perfect. But I did received defective interface too and they sent me the replacement of that too. I love their products. Especially the mvi interface from them. They always give free shipping and even free one day shipping. Why I gave the five stars because they have awesome customer service. Blue microphones is not even close to shure. I also bought windscreen guess what its arriving tomorrow.and I know that wind screen will has the awesome quality than the fake ones on amazon. Always remember do not buy shure products from amazon because they cant see ur product when u call, always buy from their website which is shure.com and then when u call them they find ur order right away. And the customer service is nice too. Blue microphones are scammers they just want ur money but shure is way different than blue not just that they also understand when we tell them we received defective product. I will give thumbs up on that and u will be safe to order from them. I will say go for it with sure. I was also looking for usb condenser microphone for 2 years but when I heard sm58 microphone from someone then I couldn't control myself and thats xlr microphone which is awesome its sound pretty professional.
Buyer Beware
Horrible customer service. Told me to call back in two hours, when I called, they forgot said call, and told me they couldn't do anything. If you buy from them, make sure you're equipped to handle things yourself, their support is one of the worst.

Shure SE215 and Stellar Customer Service
My son bought me a pair of SE215's this past Christmas. I had purchased an SM58A (still working well) for him years ago as he records music as a hobby. I am an audiophile. They sound so good that I don't even want to know what the higher priced ones sound like. I am happy with the 215's. Lovely warm and detailed sound. I love them. I had a little problem with the connector. Shure replaced them and stands by their warranty 100%. The people that answer the phone are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!!!

Customer service is probably the best of any company I have ever dealt with.
Goes like this:
You call them. After 2 or 3 rings someone picks up. No routing machine or recordings.
You explain your issue with your headphones.
They give you instructions on how to send it back.
They send you a new headphones/cable.
If the new one breaks within 2 years repeat the above.
The gotcha in the two year guarantee.
I purchased a set of 535s on Amazon , but after about 13 months the left ear bud/phone stopped working and the right hand side was flakey at best.
Contacted Amazon support but was told that they could not contact the company that sold them to me ... so I tried to return them to share uk and was told that because the company that sold them to me was not an authorised agent they would not replace them...

After 1,5 years of use the cable went stiff and hard with has been resulted in the cable is falling apart. Earphones that are in that price range have to last for many years but no sadly not. I have made a complaint to shure but they sadly only offers a new model with a little discount, I don't want to buy a new pair so the same can happen again 😠
