Great pick up experience and quick shuttle to airport

It was mixed experience, as they forgot my booking eventhough it was confirmed by email .after waiting 15 min I called the office .thankfully number was avilable on the email .the lady on the phone stated I should have called to confirm which was not the case .afterwards she sent a taxi within 10 min and it was very good taxi good service and we were in time for the flight smooth ride after the mixup

Everything went smoothly. The driver was there to meet me and was easy to find. No problems.

It was easy to make an appointment and when we were at the airport it was very easy to find the driver. He drove us directly to our destiny.

Paid extra for a bus with less drop-offs, but means absolutely NOTHING, if you still have to wait at the airport for other passengers...🤷‍♂️
Driver also took me to the WRONG hotel, but good job I knew where I was going.
Flight landed at 12.45am, and I didn't arrive at my destination until 4am.

We have used Shuttle Direct many times in many countries and we have always had a great experience.
This was our first and last time using this service in Turkey.
All started off good with the WhatsApp message to say the Travel company were tracking our flight and the driver would be ready at 19.50 to take us to our hotel.
We went to the B2 section as advised on landing, we were straight through the airport no holdups.
The first thing we were told was the taxi driver would be 10 minutes late as stuck in traffic. After about 20 minutes we were then told he had a heart attack. Then about 10 minutes later we were told he was delayed in traffic again. A taxi arrived about 45 to 50 minutes later. Bearing in mind we had just come from the UK and wanted to get to our hotel to have a meal. The taxi was quite unclean inside full of confetti and empty drinks bottles. We did consider getting our own taxi from the airport.

On the return journey today it just got worse. We had the WhatsApp message then we were told the taxi driver could not get to our hotel and could we wait in reception for him and we would have a short walk to his car. I sent a map of where we were dropped off, 20 metres at most from the road above the hotel. The reply was this was not possible as cars cannot access the road. Cars were driving past constantly. The driver turned up at the hotel, we then had to walk across the city with him carrying our bags for about 25 minutes until we got to his car. I could not believe this was happening as we even walked up the road he could have parked on right by our hotel.
We have never had issues with Shuttle Direct in any other country before but will most certainly never use again in Turkey.

I recommend this carrier, good price and good service.

Shuttle Direct is perfect; we are very satisfied with the service.

Everything was good except for the first time ever the driver sat in his cab and didn't help with luggage. We had to both put them in and take them off. Hence the 4 star instead of 5 star.

The service overall was impeccable, the drivers were amazing. I will 100% hire them again for my next trip to Mallorca.

Pedro has been a very kind, polite and careful driver. It was a pleasure having such a nice conversation with him. He even checked and waited until I got into my apartment/ stay. So I would travel with him any time again !

Very easy and comfortable and affordable transfer from airport to the doorsteps of my hotel!

Placed an order for the service to Fuerventura airport 3 days before departure. I received confirmation of the order stating we must printout tickets or would not be allowed on the bus. There was also no pickup time. We decided to ring the helpline where we were advised no need to print tickets & it was too early to get the pickup time. The day before departure we had to ring again to get pickup time & we’re told 9.28. The bus arrived on time & was shabby. Not sure I’d book them again & they weren’t the cheapest either!

Our driver was very patient waiting for us to get through our baggage claim. He drove exceptionally well in terrible traffic conditions to get us safely to our hotel.
