Late delivery
Product is good but there were late deliverys and they even split my order. Also I always had to ask if my order was at delivery point since I never got a notification from postnord!

Unfortunately if one product might have been out of stock, our customer support give you suggestion if you would like to split the order, wait or to cancel. You do not pay anything extra for this. This is on our side as compensation, which you informed you wish to split.
We are not cooperation with Postnord, our delivery suppliers are GLS/Schenker. The private suppliers do not usually always send out a post notification, thats why its important for you to keep tracking your parcel with the help of the tracking number received. If you are uncertain how to track you can always contact our support.
We are looking closely to your delivery status of the parcel, and the parcel was delivered before the 5th working day. The delivery time is between 3-5 working days and your parcel was at the parcel shop already on the 3rd delivery day.

It also depends on your tattoo, the size of it, the colours etc, this also can effect how long time you need to keep continue the usage of the cream. Its not a wonder cream if you are waiting for an immediate affect, it fades away by time and the longer you use this cream the more results will be noticeable.

We have closely looked over your order and one of our agent tried to contact with you with no success.
We are looking over your order with help of your tracking number and your parcel already was at nearest post office Servicebutiken i Bodafors. The packages needs to be picked up on time so the post office will not returned the parcel back to sender.
Therefore its important to have your tracking number close by and track it on postnord.se. Alternative you can download the app Postnord and enter your tracking number there, so you can track your parcel directly with your mobile.
If you are not sure how to use the tracking number or the tracking site our customer support is available between Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00 to assist as much as possible.

Please also note you can always pick up your parcel with the ID card and your tracking number. You save much more time and retrieve your parcel sooner then to wait for a post notification letter.
